The built in recruiting advantage at UF alone would be tough to turn down.

Okay.

I think that’s good enough. Let’s get Wilson in the game for reps.

BO deserves a lot of credit today. He had these guys ready to go. They could have easily come out and laid an egg.

Looks like the believe they have something left to play for.

Great sign.

predicting Frost to Florida and Campbell to NU.

I know NU has the history, but is there really any advantage at NU compared to ISU? Other than it’s history?

Also any chance with a strong finish that Goodrich or Brown become interested in Mizzou? Especially with the possibility of a coaching change at NU.

Biggest advantage is B16 vs B12. OU and Texas bolt then where does Iowa State end up? If he has a chance to coach in a stronger structured conference and he likes the midwest football environment, NU is the move.

Sure but Campbell would still be in demand at that time. Seems like MC could wait for a better opportunity than NU, unless NU is going to pay way more than ISU.

Ask Larry Fedora about waiting. If NU calls he goes. You don't bet on continued success at Iowa state.

Yea I just don’t think NU is a big enough step up. If schools like A&M, Florida, Auburn, FSU called I would say make that jump.

I'd say everyone chooses option one

I mean, yall can say whatever you want.

We all know whats going on though. Of course, nobody likes their bullshite shoved back in their faces.

Maybe with the team playing better the board won't be such a toxic dump anymore. If we can actually talk about football, good and bad, without "dur hur BO sucks" dominating every thread then Im quite happy.

I'll start by letting yall off the hook. Shouldnt, but there you go.

Dude, games over for 15 minutes and you come in with a "Dick" post? Whats up with that? Mizzou just skull fricked the Gators. Can we have at least a 24 hour cease fire?

I endured 1000s of dick posts over the course of this season. All for not joining in on the constant "hur dur BO sucks" circle jerk, mind you. Then I send one back and an told to "frick off" (right back at ya bass).

Yeah, Ill rub it in a bit.

Like I said though, Im willing to leave it where it is.

If people didnt think there would be some push back for the months of shite posting this board has seen then Im not sure what to say. Grow some thicker skin.

BO getting that extension

I'm sorry you feel that the first 6 games of this season should have resulted in a different response. But the facts are Mizzou looked unprepared for 6 weeks. They got embarrassed at home by what looks like a mediocre Purdue team.

What happened to your talent excuses? All of a sudden Mizzou has the talent to win?

If anything this "turnaround" just proves BO did not have this team ready to start the season.

First 4 weeks that’s true. Games 5 & 6 was where Mizzou actually started looking better.

Frustation? Yes. Talk of WHY the team was playing poorly? Yes

Day after day after day. Thread after thread after thread. Filled with little more than a bunch of dudes circle jerking about how bad the coach sucks. Thats shite posting. It is what it is.

Always maintained the offense was talented. Still have talent deficiencies on the back end of the defense. That hasnt changed. Starting to maximize what we have to work with though.

Maybe, that's valid. You could also say that the team is improving as the season goes on, an age old mark of good coaching.

I'll give them credit for not folding with the shitstorm of negativity they had to deal with. Would have been easy to do, but they havent.

I don't think the defense looked prepared at all against UGA or UK

Please. Giving up 40+ to MOST was obscene. Even you can't defend how poorly coached and prepared the defense was in that game.
