Here's to a hard fought game with no injuries on either side and a great time hobnobbing with some of the best fans in the land!

If any of y'all swing by the Truman's Landing Lot on the south side of the stadium, ask for Trey or just look for the black guy in a black cowboy hat

Thanks, TBird, and I hope for the same!

I hope you have a great day in Columbia, and get to meet some cool Mizzou fans!

I'll warn you - a the day wears on, you'll have more and more trouble getting a signal, and getting a signal in the stadium is just about impossible. It happens, but it's difficult.

A short walk through the campus, north of Jesse Hall/The Columns. 9th and (I think) Elm.

ETA: on Elm between 8th and 9th.

Have a good time.

Yes, 9th and Elm. You could go there when you get into town, then catch a shuttle over to the game. Or walk, either way. Parking will be easier by Shakespeare's than anywhere right by the stadium.

Best bet is to hit the Shakespeares on the south side of town. Just south of Grindstone west of Providence. If you skip to the next light south of Grindstone on Providence, turn right, and go about a 1/2 mile, you will find an excellent little BBQ joint: Chick's BBQ.

Good luck - enjoy the game.

The southside Shakespeare's is good, but it doesn't have the character of the downtown place, IMO.

And Smokin' Chicks is off of Southampton, on John Garry. Great little place, but the best way to enjoy it on gameday is to have them cater - they'll deliver right to your tailgate!

Good news guys, little Austin Cole was born yesterday at 1156 local so 3:56 P.M. in Missouri.

Dude was massive 9 pounds 14 ounces and 23 inches. He was way past due though, so we expected.

I was hoping to have his little gameday picture in his Mizzou onesie up, but he had some fluid in his chest so they have him hooked up an working through it right now. Can't get him all snazzy looking though just yet.

He promises though he's gonna be a huge Mizzou fan, and it's not just because they're 10-1. (No bandwagon hopping here)

(This deserves it's own thread.)

I was hoping you'd reserve an extra middle name for (the hoped for) 101st Pinkel win or whoever tonight's hero is.

Austin Pinkel Cole, Austin Franklin Cole, Maty Austin Cole. Or at that weight maybe Austin Copeland Cole.

Hope he gets over his fluid situation soon...
