I don’t think we hire anyone connected to CMU, tangentially or otherwise, for quite some time.

I haven’t watched Tulane play, but he’s been way more successful than any coach at Tulane in the last 20 years.

He’s 22-27. Who cares if he’s sucked a little less than most of their other coaches. Sterk will be fired pretty soon after hiring this guy (if it happens)

He’s the Kim Anderson of football and if you think attendance is bad now then just wait.

I think Tulane is a great place for him to retire. He can float right down the Mississippi River when he is done and go catch speckled trout and remember the good old days of spread option football at Yulman Stadium.

He interviewed. That's the extent of the information.

Sterk has interviewed anywhere from 5-10 people and each time he interviews one they are the flavor of the day.

I honestly think they might go with Healy because he has upside. Literally no one else I'm hearing has any kind of ceiling that would be acceptable here.

Fritz is 60

So we fire Odie for going 6-6 this year in the SEC.. To replace him with someone who went 6-6 in a dog shite league?

Fk no on Fritz

He keeps winning 6 games and they'll rename the field after him.

Fritz is 60. Came from Central Missouri.

Runs a weird offense that wouldn't work in the SEC.

Hard pass. The guy had success at the FCS level and has a losing FBS record. Maybe if he went 10-2 next season someone would hire him, but more likely he goes 6-6 or something.

So he has interviewed Healy? That would be an interesting hire. Go deep

(Was asking 808)

He was in St Louis yesterday and took a photo with the coach at Lutheran North (AP Alum) I would assume that the trip to STL was primarily to talk to Sterk.
