It feels like we are back in the worst days of the Snyder days on offense.

Just run around a bit. Throw the ball around. Someone chuck a 3.

It feels like D. Smith and Pinson (especially) are discouraged from attacking the rim. No attempt at a mid-range game from anyone.

Usually tall wings are most effective shooting mid range shots and attacking when the offense clears out a side. Why recruit tall wings if the offense includes none of those things?

What is the plan for success with this team? I can't see one, or even imagine a possible plan from what this team does.

There’s no plan. We missed on most of our recruits and we’re just crossing fingers and hoping.

Exactly my take, too. The game reminded of when I played in a Columbia city rec league. We'd wildly throw the ball around the perimeter until someone threw up a shot. This worked well when we played teams made up of dwarves, fat asses, heavy smokers, and accounting majors.

When we faced half-way decent teams, we got the piss beat out of us.

I wasn't fat and I only smoked a pack a day....but the games were close....we battled.....the shots just didn't fall.....and the other team was good and played well.....remember we battled

several times last night we had too many passes. Three times did we pass the ball around at least 7+ times in a set. Normally this is great, right?

Well, not exactly. in those three im pointing out it led to 3 three point attempts from a 28%, 25%, and 20% shooter. The worst part is that during the fun game of hot potato, we saw a 39%, 36%, 35% shooter all pass up just as wide open of a shot as the ones the others took on that possession.

Right now every guard we have is easy to game plan for.

Dru- he'll drive, but watch his pump fakes, never goes up the first time.

Mark - keep a hand in his face, if he drives(rarely), he'll try and use his body, and go in too strong.

Watson- he'll sit in the corner all game.

Pickett- make him drive with the ball more than 10 feet. 50% chance of a TO if he holds the ball more than 4 seconds.

Its so easy to game plan for
