Do we rally around James Franklin?

Or are we still pissed about last year? Specifically, the aTm game, and the way things ended.
I'm willing to let bygones be bygones. I want what's best for the team, and it's seems as though JF is the best option at QB right now.
I'll root hard for the guy, but I just hope GP isn't stubborn if he doesn't perform to expectations.

If you're still pissed about last year you need to find a new team.

Simple answer is yes. E gives us out greatest chance for success:, last year is in the rear view mirror.

If last year didn't leave a bad taste in your mouth, you weren't paying attention.

Question is why the OP anyway, if you are a Tiger fan you better be on board with Franklin. Every Tiger fan I know is still feeling the sting of last year BUT as fans and Tiger fans especially should be used to getting kicked in the balls by this team.

Yeah, ya get behind him and root for him and the team and then blast Pinkel at year end if it doesn't work out. But until it becomes evident that it hasn't worked, ya gotta root for him and them.

Just so everyone understands. I am behind JF. I said so in the OP.
I just wanted to gauge the collective here. The article I linked leads me to believe that JF gleaned a lot from last years experiences. To me he is an enigma. Shows flashes of brilliance, (2011 aTm), then craps the bed, (2012 UF). He really does seem like a nice guy, and it's hard for me to really get down on him for last year. I do think the joking around on the sidelines thing during the aTm game was a bit much, but it kind of goes beyond that for me.
I guess he just gives me the meh's, but I really want to have the frick yeahs with him. I hope he cements a legacy this year, and we can put him on the pedestal with the rest of the QB's we love.

Wait... people ran with their ow perception of what you said despite clarity of your opinion in the OP. No way... that never happens on here.

I honestly don't know what to expect. Instinct tell me that I should expect more of the same...a lot of disappointment.
I hope I'm wrong! I hope JF lights up the SEC and becomes this year's Manziel.
However, life has taught me to trust my first instinct.

Well, Pinkel pretty much knows he's coaching for his job this season. And he believes Franklin is the best option. Franklin has my support, completely. Until he gives me a reason not to support him. Let's see how the season plays out. If it doesn't go well, next year y different. will likely be ver

Just as bad - iPhone. Dammit.

It sounds like Franklin has started to win back support from the teammates he lost it from last year when he spent all his time on the sidelines sporting his superman necklace instead of trying to help Berkstresser break down the opposing defenses. There were a lot of guys on the team not happy with him at the end of the season.
Seems as if Franklin is taking the leadership side of things way more seriously this year. I'm not a Franklin fan after his antics last year, but if he is actually going to act like a leader this year, I have no problem cheering for him.
He has looked good in the video highlights. More zip on his passes.
