I was at yesterday's debacle and here's my assessment. First Bazelak is terrible. He's throwing timing passes and no one is in the area and threw two bad interceptions. Secondly, this defense is right along the Bob Stull era defenses which = atrocious. Just badly coached and just awful execution. And last, I like Drinkwitz however not enough to keep him...I know this shite show needs time to fix however I'm thinking Drinkwitz is another Bob Stull so cut ties now and do something unMIZZOUlike and hire an established coach and quit jacking around with this sleeping giant..MIZ

I do think the fact we don’t have a power back is a big problem.

With Drink's ability to recruit he deserves a long enough leash to have his own players here to sink or swim with.
If he gets Luther to say yes and holds this class together he might have a chance. Otherwise it's gonna be tough

Just one month ago you said Drink was a better coach than Stoops.

Only because Odom left the roster with 2* and 3* players and that will take time to get back to recruiting SEC level of talents. Odom had 5 years so give Drinkwitz 5 years too and he is recruiting a lot better than the previous HCs.

Odom didn't bring any 4* or 5* recruits. Drinkwitz is doing that but it will take 3 to 4 years to get them all on the field at the same time. That is when you start evaluating the HC. Not right now after one full regular season isn't enough.

I'm not here to rock the boat but basically I heard from a source that she is reportedly going to clean house and that was the plan all along. What's interesting about the source was a person who knew her in Las Vegas.

After today's recruiting news Drink will build something special like Pinkel so he needs time...I'll give it to him.

Get a grip. What established coach is going to want to come here when you are so impatient you fire the current coach after 2 years? Look how bad Pinkel sucked early in his tenure. But he was given time to build a winner. And he eventually took the team to heights of success it had never seen before.
