Yes sometimes people need to be honest with themselves about whether they belong in college even if they play the football gud. Not usually but sometimes

I wish him well...kid can be electric if he can stay healthy and I hope he looks back at his time at the ZOU as one that improved his game and gave him a fighting chance at the NFL. Gotta respect the decision with his injury history.

Agree. Probably realized his stock was at its zenith.

Carries were only going to drop next year with Rountree's performance this year, his continued injury issues, carries to younger RBs, and increased QB carries.

His production per carry would have had to jump considerably to offset all that.

RBs are just not valued by the NFL as much as they used to be. He may be better off getting picked up as a FA after the draft by a good team that can store him as a third stringer and special teams guy.
