Cotton Bowl

So I was looking at Okie State. There offense ranks 65 in the nation rushing the ball. This is one thing I like as I feel our biggest weakness is when teams can run the ball on us. Not just because the Auburn game, but because I feel our offense is s rhythm offense and when teams run the ball and keeps the O on the sideline it effects that. Their only impressive win is against Baylor. That one was at home. They lose to Oklahoma and a bad one to West Virginia, who need I remind you lost to kansas. If our defense plays the way they did against A&M, I think we handle this game pretty easily. Between Shelf and Walsh, they have thrown 10 picks this year. I think we feed on them and our offense takes care of business.

The Cotton is a fine bowl & we get to play on a day when no one else plays but we should have gotten the Outback or Capital One; would have been great for recruiting.

You are probably right, but I have always liked the Sugar and Cotton just because they feel "historical."

Cotton Bowl is a very good bowl. OSU got jobbed against OU 
However, Mizzou should handle them. I actually think rather convincingly.

I agree with you. And it really has nothing to do with OSU.
I was not shocked that we lost to Auburn, or the manner in which we lost to Auburn (see Navy). But I would be absolutely stunned if this group, these seniors, lost to OSU. It could happen, I suppose, but my confidence level on this one is as high as it's been against any opponent all year.
A win validates the season. A loss basically flushes the whole thing. Given that dynamic, this group will rise to the challenge.

I'll be there with some buddies from college. We aren't driving so our tailgate will be area bars or crashing others. I'm pretty excited to be going. Surprise gift from my awesome wife.

I didn't go to the SECCG so I get to make this one. Dallas is a pretty easy trip from KC, and I can't wait. At least I won't freeze my arse off at this cotton bowl.

As long as y'all don't take Okie Lite for granted like we did Duke y'all should be just fine. The Cotton Bowl is a good eexperience.Good luck and BTHO Okie Lite.
