Bluegrass and Blueprint...did Moore do the do-do with your girlfriends? What's up with all the hate?

Walter Football on Moore
quote:

J'Mon Moore, WR, Missouri Height: 6-3. Weight: 205. Projected 40 Time: 4.54. Projected Round (2018): 4-6. 1/13/18: In 2017, Moore totaled 65 receptions for 1,082 yards and 10 touchdowns. He had a fabulous start to the season against Missouri State with four receptions for 187 yards and two touchdowns. The senior has good size to him and some quickness. As a junior, he caught 62 passes for 1,012 yards with eight touchdowns.

Not hating! I am all for J'Mon going to the NFL but...

Weak hand strength
Too many drops
Poor character ON THE FIELD (off field I have no clue)
Takes plays off

Not going to name strengths because those are obvious.

What impressed me the most about Moore over the past two years his how much he improved in blocking. This is even more important at the next level.

He is not ever going to be a return man, but he could be a 3rd or 4th reciever on a team. He would be a better WR than what the Chiefs had at their 3rd or 4th deep.

Good thing he got his degree last May and working on his post graduate. He’s going to need it! He won’t stick with an NFL team. He’s not anywhere near good enough for pro ball. The first practice, when he drops a simple crossing route because he heard footsteps, he’ll be cut! Mark my words....he’ll never see a regular season game on the field!

You have no idea what you are talking about.

His biggest issue will be dealing with press coverage. He has the athleticism and length.

Oh...I think I do, and I bet I’m right too! We’ll see. He has tons of issues! Press coverage...route running...poor hands...you are blinded because he was the best we had. But in reality he was a mediocre to below avg receiver here. “Athleticism and length” means squat when you can’t catch the ball, and he can’t!

He was great at dropping 2 or 3 easy balls and then making an amazing catch. Inconsistency is his biggest weakness along with being slow by NFL standards.

Moore isn’t slow by NFL standards.

But he can. He was pretty consistent with his hands this past year. Definitely improved. Does he have the best hands in the country? No. Does he catch the ball well enough to play on the next level considering what kind of athlete he is? Yes.

And he wasn't the best receiver on the team last year, but he's a good one.

Moore isn't Julio Jones, but when Jones came out he had some of the worst hands the year he came out and now he has some of the best. Moore might struggle to make it, but he will have a chance. Lock said that he was one of if not the hardest worker on the team.

IMO, he isn't a thug but he is definitely not Jeremy Maclin either, who is a consummate professional. He's somewhere in the middle. At his worst, I think he could be a cancer in the locker room. At his best, he would be the third or fourth option on a good team and keeps his head down and works ie- the Patriots. I wouldn't expect more than a few years before he is out of the league.

I'm telling you though, he should really look into the CFL where he could have a longer career IMO.

FYI....Moore had a rough day at Senior bowl practice....too many drops, and playing out of control! Shocking!!!!

According to NFL draft scout. com

On the flip side, it was a rough first practice for Missouri wide receiver J’Mon Moore (6-3, 209), who struggled to catch the ball cleanly, leading to numerous drops. He has the foot quickness to shake defensive backs, but often plays too fast and lacks any nuance to his movements, allowing cornerbacks to stay attached to his route.
