Otherwise this season is heading into complete disaster territory.

Good news is, they did. I thing on offense against Temple with their backup. Good news for them, they get to face our defense on Saturday.

Win this game, you still have a path for a bowl game. Lose and it’s highly unlikely you can even get to 6 wins.

YOUR boy Barry Odom put this team in this situation on defense.

You ran around here defending Odom like we were all pleb ingrates during that time when we rightfully criticized him.

Speaking of that, where is "Navynuke and Mizcou"

Laughable.

I remember the JQ ODumb dick riding days very well. That meat head destroyed our D.

BC put up 34 yards passing on Temple. Awful. They stink. We will win.

"BC is a must win"

Thanks for that insightful commentary. I would have never figured this out otherwise.

We must win this to get to a bowl game?

The frick.

I still have high expectations even though our front seven on defense has been questionable.

Even with a L we still have North Texas, Tenner, SC, and Vandy ahead of us. Plus, we some how always have Arky's number. A&M doesn't look great so we could sneak one there too. 6-6 is very doable.

Nuke lived here in Omaha. We messaged back and forth a few times, then he just disappeared. I have no proof, but I think he may have passed.

It's weird that Odom played LB, and that's the one position where we've recruited badly. 2, 2 star recruits, played way above their ranking helped cover it up.

Yea. Not even active back on STLShitDay for years either though that place is a cancerous joke. How old was that guy?

Hopefully on his deer stand.

SC, Tenn, and Ark are all toss ups. A&M is a top 10 team. The teams with a decent run game will beat us. Make no mistake about it.

To be honest, rank and file fans like me tend to support whomever is leading the program, and always hope for the best.

Let us all reconcile and enjoy the season, however it plays out.

I think it's become clear to football as a whole that last year was a throw away that told damn little to anyone.

THIS is really the 1st year of a long term rebuild, and I think we are doing just fine. Because we are only now really learning what we have, and most importantly, what we don't have. Lineman and linebackers. It's an inside out build, but we have an offense that can get us thru a lot. And a coach that can use what we have, and recruit what we don't. IMHO.

I’m excited where we are heading. If we can keep our recruits, and Drink can keep landing them like he has, then we should see the most talented roster at MU in 2-3 years...ever. Drink is a program changer when it comes to recruits. If we can have consistent top 20 or better classes, that’s not something we’ve ever seen.

Show me 4 more wins if we lose?

Vandy and North Texas? Yeah. SC? Probably.

Of course we COULD win other games on the schedule but it’s not likely. Tennessee would be the next most likely and we’d have to in a 52-50 shootout type most likely

Mid to late 50's. We served at about the same time so assuming we both enlisted between 18 and 20 yrs old, we should be similar in age.
