Current Roster:
Torrence Watson
Xavier Pinson
Drew Buggs
Javon Pickett
Mitchell Smith
Evan Yerkes
Ed Chang
Dru Smith
Mark Smith
Jeremiah Tilmon
Kobe Brown
Brooks Ford
Jordan Wilmore
Parker Braun
Dru Smith would start for a few SEC teams. Tilmon and Pinson are plus players.
Then it’s a bunch of role players ranging from Mark Smith to Torrence Watson. Two transfers in Chang and Buggs. Neither will be difference makers.
I think we’re about two games over .500 this year, everything else being equal.

If Kobe Brown flops im officially ready to see Cuonzo get the boot... imo Tray had a much higher ceiling
Another huge question - will Mark Smith or Torrence Watson finally start hitting some shots? someone, or preferably a few people, NEED to step up and provide some perimeter scoring...
Seeing the roster makes me sad, it displays Cuonzo's all-in failure to get all those top-50 players we had been recruiting... and now we have Ed Chang and Jordan Wilmore

Sounds like Sean Durugordon is likely to commit to Mizzou as well - think I saw that he was committing today. Definitely a better offer list than Brown

Agreed, in his highlights he definitely looks like he has a ton of potential

His recent highlights look way better than his last year HS highlights. Looks like some potential.

STL product and current UMKC Roo, Brandon McKissic enters the portal. 42% from 3. He was a heck of an athlete in junior high. Haven’t seen him play since then.

Brandon McKissic @BMcKissic3 tells us he has heard from Oregon State, Tulsa, Missouri, VCU, St. Louis, Georgia Tech, Cincinnati, UAB, and more since entering the portal today.
McKissic averaged 17.3 points per game this year for UMKC, along with 3.7 rebounds and 3.3 assists.

We’ll see what he can squeeze out of the portal. I’m not expecting much

Looks like a slasher and volume shooter. Not a great outside shooter though
Decent pickup.
Need WAY more

He better not be the best pickup.
He gets to the FT line a lot.
Needs to improve FG, 3pt, and passing.

He’s a guy using his athleticism to score in the Horizon league. That’s probably not going to translate fully to the SEC, but it’s not a bad pickup but we’re still miles away from being any good likely
