I have to wander what this does with Pinson.

I'm all for taking two PGs, I just wonder if he is.

There’s no way Pinson didn’t know that Mizzou planned on taking 2 PG’s.
Because of their size it’s possible for both Pinson and Ramey or Pinson and Williams to play on the perimeter together.

I watched Pinson in game situations with Simeon and I think that he is going to drive CM crazy with his fancy handles where at times he get his ball stolen being too fancy, but at other times he will wow you with his handles and his creative ways of taking to the hole. He has no defensive coverage skills which he will work hard to learn as he put on some weight and muscle.

He doesn't start, but plays more than the starter. He's going to be fun to watch and he's going to drive you crazy at the same time.

Pinson is number 3 in white

No info whatsoever, but perhaps the timing had something to do with the FBI probe and Ramey not being in it....The last thing Cuonzo wants is any compliance issues with our last few years.
It’s also comical that we get flagged for a summer internship when it seems every blue blood in the country has been paying for players.

I heard somebody talking about Tyler Cook at Iowa and Mark Smith at Illinois as though they weren't happy where they were, but that's all I got. Cook is another Tilmon without all the fouls plus he averaged 12 points a game last year.

What have you heard on these 2?

Not sure I understand this comparison. Cook is a freakish athlete who plays PF. Tilmon is more of a natural central.

Boy, that would be nice. Cook is very good at the collegiate level.

Cook and Tilmon or both freakish in the low post and neither is know for their perimeter shot. Cook can play the 4 or 5.

Ashton Hagans decommits from Georgia. He had a Mizzou offer when he committed to UGA.

It’s been on PM for a few weeks.
No way does Illinois allow Smith to transfer to Mizzou.
Cook is more realistic.

Can someone tell me the difference between 247 recruiting rankings and 247 composite rankings? For example, Mark Smith is a 4*, #79 recruit on 247 composite but a 3*, #147 recruit on 247. This makes no sense to me.

I believe it includes several different recruit rankings.

The composite rankings take into account ESPN, Rivals, Scout and 24/7.

The 24/7 ranking is what 24/7 thinks of him.

So 24/7 rates him a high 3 star, but ESPN and Rivals and Scout rate him a low 4 star. Average all that together and he gets a composite of low 4 star. It's kind of like a Grade Point Average

Mizzou can forget Tyler Cook coming here. The Iowa fans were scared that he wanted to leave and come to Mizzou. Some even accused CM of tampering.

Hargrove highlights, he would make a good combo with Mosley on the wing. Hargrove being the athlete/slasher and Mosley being more of the spot up shooter.
