Welp, still not sold out but according to what I heard they think it's "possible"
We really need a strong showing here. Will have some important recruits on campus and it sure would be nice to impress them with a strong crowd. Of course, the SEC broke it off in us with the 11am start but not much we can do about that

It's a 11am, I doubt it sells out and if it does the students won't be there. 11am games are garbage.

I’m not going to make a single game this year, like most years. I’ve got a kid on the way (due in late November) and we’re closing on a house at the end of the month, and my wife and I moved to Denver from northern Virginia in April.
All that said, it pisses me off to no end that the game against Georgia is an 11 O’clock game. Can’t believe it

If y'all win this weekend, it will be two 3-0 teams playing for 1st place in division. 11am or not, I anticipate a sellout.
I have only been to two games at faurot: 2012 and 2016 UGA. Both atmospheres were impressive

We used to be able to put together a good atmosphere.
I'd be very surprised if our fans show up and are engaged. Hope I'm wrong

I imagine it will be a big showing. But, it really should be a later game. I can’t believe what the schedule is for the late games are as opposed to MU -uga. Is what it is

First, thank you for letting me post here. I'm looking forward to being at the game in a couple weeks.
There is already a pretty significant buzz in KC regarding this game and I don't think there will be any shortage of people making the trip to Columbia.
Assuming the weather holds up I think a ton of people are going to try to swing both the UGA/Mizzou game and the Chiefs home opener.

That's great to hear. I'm also hearing more Mizzou talk on the radio shows in STL as well.

We should shrink our student section by 80%. They don't show up anyway.

I want to walk around and slap the students who are tailgating than head to the bars at kick off.

Here in Nebraska, with the return of Scott Frost, and the return of a Big 8/12 rival for the 1st game and what do you know...the student section was half full at best.
Division 1 football isn't about the students anymore.

Without question. With the temporary shift to the west side of the field and the SEZ, we have a chance to do that next season without much fanfare. We can move it up 20 rows to comply with SEC rules and stay on the west side.
