We dropped from a 0.001 percent chance of getting him to a 0.000 chance.

This is probably good for 2017 recruiting. Mizzou had next to no chance at getting MPJ. Now they can move on.
Top target now will probably be Goodwin, he wants to play close to home. So Mizzou and Illinois have a chance at him. Probably a long shot.
I think the top target should be Ridder from Springfield. He's a wing with great size at 6'7. Has a great stroke. He's the most realistic option of the targets.

What school does Ridder go to? Might get a chance to see him.

The fact all are saying we had no chance before tells me all I have to know about KA. When it is a good thing that you stand no chance with a kid in your backyard that says a lot.

Yep. The shite show needs to end. Maybe its time to bump Bass's thread again for shits and giggles and to also "keep it real."

Sometimes the slam dunk player in your backyard isn't a slam dunk. Arkansas just went through this misery. So this kid doesn't go to Mizzou. Well there is a decent chance he goes to Washington and... never sniffs the NCAA tourney.

Now, even with KA, I think a Missouri team with a few decent players makes the NCAA with a gaudy record and a kid gets a chance to put up some numbers so that when the NBA draft comes around he's got something to show for it.

Ridder plays for Kickapoo in Springfield.
The last 5 star type of player Mizzou landed would be Peeler. To get players like that Mizzou probably needs another run like we had the end of the MA or 1st year of Haith. Or a new coach that has some splash/name recognition.
Which we will probably get the chance to hire next spring.

Mizzou just can't recruit STL in hoops. Hasn't been able to for a long time. Elite player after elite player go elsewhere.

Anderson is obviously not the guy that is going to change that.

The east side has a lot of talent in the next few classes
2017 has Tillmon & Goodwin, who supposedly both want to stay close to home
2018 has Thatch, Gordon, & the wing at Chaminade that was back up to Gatorade national player of the year, & Ramey.
2019 has Leech a good recruiting coach could bring Mizzou back just by getting a bunch of these types.
The west side has good prospects as well.

Duces. I don't want him in the program if he isn't Mizzou. I'll take Terrance Phillips all day.

2018 Gordon & Ramey.
Webster's gonna be dominate the next 2 years. Might even be better than chaminade this year.
