Need to get the ball rolling. Martin said we are still on top but I doubt he ends up here. Who knows.

Probably 7-8 spots remaining.

Darius Anderson decommits. Hopefully Odom and staff have some guys lined up, because we have dropped a lot guys in the last couple weeks.

Any theories as to what's going on?

Coaching change. It's pretty common to lose a few guys. Nothing I'm all that concerned about. Although, Anderson did have a great SR season but it is what it is.

We can really judge BO on next year's class IMO.

That's 2 Houston area kids. And 1 from Alabama. The primary recruiters for those kids are no longer on the Mizzou staff.

Anderson is a big loss. I thought that he would be able to find playing time from day 1.

They'll get more texas recruits before signing day. This class wasn't great anyway. No one in the class that can't be replaced except the kicker.

As long as Nate Strong is still committed I'm not worried about Anderson.

Strong is possibly the more complete back but Anderson would of been great to have. He really turned it on his Senior Season and will have a great 3-4 years in college.

I really hope we can keep D. Acy from Texas. I would have to check, but I think him and Marvin Terry are our only Texas Commits right now. I really hope we keep Terry, he looks very impressive on his Hudl highlights.

Trey Baldwin as well. Love the way this kid plays. Hits like a truck!

PM has been saying that Martin & Anderson were likely to Decommit for a couple of weeks now.

Greg Taylor was a top notch running back in high school. If injuries and bad player evaluations hit us at the same time he could get the ball.

Andersons recruiters were Ricker And Kul. Not much of a surprise to lose him.

Ryan Walters is Martin's recruiter and he still lists us as his number 1 pick. Sounds like he's just being cautious. We could still get him in the end.

I'm not feeling to good about losing Anderson, because that means that Strong will be the only new rb coming in next year and we will be running the same backs from this year back out there and that scares the lima beans out of me. We also need a big time go-get-em type wr for 2016 plus another really good back and getting in late on them might be too late.

We'll see if a couple of rabbits can be pulled out of the hat.

It's not really the same backs as last year.

Walters was out with injury.
Abbington, Doherty, and other will have a year of development with Ford and whoever the new S&C coach is.

Also the top 2 backs from last year are gone.

I thought that Anderson would play from day 1. I think Odom knew that this was coming. Thus his first move as coach was to talk with Bryant from CBC.

Anyone think Steward will ever play any meaningful snaps again?

You cannot count on it. I'd say the possibility percentage is extremely low. 10% chance???

Steward just graduated last week.
Wouldn't be shocked if he took his degree and ended his college career.

I think you're right. PM has said they expect around 10 guys to transfer after the season, but were told none were guys who have contributed at all on the field. I would expect us to take a full 25 kids in this class if we can too. Brian said they're looking hard at impact JUCO kids for offense as well.

Would you expect 5 of those players to be: Wingo, Delosa, Blair, Zanders and Abbington?

I certainly hope we don't lose Wingo, Abbington or Zanders.

Wingo and Abbington were not utilized correctly by the prior staff and if Zanders left we'd really be hurting at QB.
