Nope. Think Mizzou was recruiting him as a WR. Regardless, we're pretty full at both. No worries with him cancelling.

One other comment from Danny Heitert was about Ronnell Perkins.
Said he was a good WR but would be an exceptional free safety. Said he loses interest on offense when the ball's not coming his way, but is relentless on defense.
He also said free safety is an overlooked position in the SEC and Perkins would be a good one.

Kind of interesting GP has said you don't take JUCOs unless you plan on them starting.
So the 2 JUCO OL probably take over the OT positions, Boehm and McGovern are probably locked into their spots. Be interesting to see who gets the other guard spot.

That's a great sign. Our biggest mismatch in the SECCG against Bama was our OL vs. their DL.
Pinkel recognized the weakness and is immediately addressing it.

I think it already is the best class ever and more to go.
Flashing back on NSDs past, this is so much better. When we have to make room for great players to squeeze in is awesome.
I love the fact that they are pushing hard for QB Thompson. The thing that Saban tells his QBs is they will start just one season at Bama and the next in the NFL.

Brandon martin cancelled his OV to WVU on the 30th. Looks like he will announce for us this weekend!

I've read that he's taking a visit to LSU that weekend instead.

I think if LSU offers, he goes there. If he doesn't get offered, and he very well may not even if he qualifies, then I really like our chances.

TJ Smith decommitted from Vandy and flipped to Arkansas. He won't visit on the 30th as planned now. Hope we can flip Nate Howard.

The article about LSU was written 5 days ago. Even before the Mizzou in home visit. He will commit to us.
