The 247 crystal ball is moving from Auburn to Mizzou for Jordan Prestwood, 4* juco OT.

Apparently Georgia is making a hard last-minute push for Tavon Ross. Saw on twitter that Richt visited again, and that Ross met coach Pinkel for the first time this week when he was in Georgia recruiting. This weekend's visit is important.

The Jordan Prestwood thing kind of has me confused as to why so many would predict him to Mizzou when there is nothing saying he even has an offer. With that being said, dude is a full grown man at 6'7 300+. Rated a 4* by multiple sites and could probably start from day one on campus.

Maybe the folks predicting have access to information that we don't...

Regarding Prestwood: He had an Auburn offer and wanted to committed towards the end of the year. He told our coaches that he was going to graduate that semester. When he didn't graduate, he kind of lost his spot in this class for us. We have alot of youth on our 2-deep so we needed him to go through Spring workouts. If we lose or miss on a couple guys towards NSD, we might re-offer him but as of now we don't have a spot for him.

All that said, he'd be a really good get. He has versatility.

I asked on the recruiting board. The deal was he was going to Auburn if he could graduate and enroll early. When he didn't/couldn't, Auburn is passing on him at this time, though he might be a late addition depending on how their other recruits shake out. The general consensus is though that once he couldn't enroll early, both sides looked to other options. Maybe Mizzou was that other option for him.

thanks for the update on cage. I was on espn and they didn't have him listed for a visit anymore. I should start using 24/7 instead.

A couple of our posters who follow recruiting much closer than I do say he could switch to a TE/FB type of a role if needed. Not a bad player to get at all

Sylvia Plath. I'm a little obsessed with her.

In case she hasn't seen Stripes, I'll explain that 'lighten up francis' is the next line in the movie after he gives that rant.

Thank you. Yes, I've seen Stripes, but not in years.

And while Sylvia Plath is amazing, I hope you're balancing that out with some cheerier material as well!
