Mugshots - Closes at 10:00 (owner wants it to become family oriented)
State Theatre - Currently closed
CDC - Only fun on Thursday.
Sushi Martini/Ptolomy's - always suck
Old Venice - Old crowd except for the occasional Wednesday night 3 for 1.
Drifters - Usually pretty fun just very small.
The Bin - Best bar in starkville IMO (fun for day drinking and FRI/SAT)
Rick's - out of the way, but has the best live music
Dave's - usually a weird crowd. Just not for me. Also out of the way.
GIVE ME A BAR WORTH GOING TO - We have 4 legit bars I enjoy. Zorba's, Drifter, The Bin, and occasionally Staggerinn.

What makes a bar worth going to? Actually curious...not really sure what is missing from the Starkville bar scene as I have not been a student for a while.

Yeah but I pissed her off b/c I got completely slammed and some girl on the dance floor ended up kissing me after we danced for like 10 minutes.

Halfway is open at night it' seems to usually be an older crowd than the average student.

The best thing that could happen for the bar scene is for Cowbells to be shut down.

Veranda was shutting down one weekend I was in town to see friends. We wanted to keep hanging out, somebody suggested cowbells because it stayed open late.
I declined because of the location and didn't know what type of crowd.
