15 years of steady progress and building of the football program into something we can be happy with all being flushed down the toilet in a season. Not one more cent to the NIL, bulldog club, etc until changes are made.

Agreed. Just an absolute disrespect to Leach to change the Air Raid. And before I hear "it never worked against Alabama". It actually would've worked last year if our receivers didn't drop every ball in their hands.
Although it did have one of my favorite Leach press conferences of him stating the facts that we were afraid of the logo!!!

Arnett has single handedly fricked us into the early 2000’s in less than one year. I bet anyone who applied or reached out for the job last year besides him would have done better than the shite show we are watching now.
I don’t see us winning a conference game this year.
Everyone needs to call the AD and tell him it’s time to make his first big boy decision which is what we pay him for.
Start now so we are first on the list and can take the time to get all the resumes in so that we have a quality coach in place for the portal. This shite is embarrassing. We have spent the time, money, and resources the past 15 years to build the program and now have huge ambassadors for success through our formers players in the NFL. Use this and go get the coach we need to maintain success.

When does BB season start. I have hope there, as opposed to the rest of the FB season. Not much behind the linebackers. Gotten so I just watch JJ, 44 and enjoy his play.

I made the 2 hr drive to Starkville 3 weeks in a row to start the season but sold my Bama, WMU, and USM tickets already. Egg Bowl listed too. Hanging onto Kentucky for now in case the weather is great just to tailgate. Otherwise I have moved on from football and looking forward to basketball starting.

We just aren't invested enough in football. We have people that care, but not enough people that care more. Leach got some momentum back, then abruptly dies. That's kinda prophetic commentary concerning this program.
I don't think Arnett survives, but I'm not sure it'll matter either. I can't see anyone getting things rolling in two seasons anymore, and that's about all a coach has to work with before he loses the fans, and the next guy will likely follow this path. We aren't alone on this boat, but it's getting lonely.

Weather looks like it will be perfect Saturday plus a night game, but listed the tix last night. Planning to go to the UT Martin basketball game instead the following weekend.
