This. We better wake up next week and start playing ball..season aint over yet and we can win any remaining game if we just play our game and play hard.

was just a reference and with all due respect if you left at halftime then frick you too. Our team plays 4 quarters no matter what the frick our coaches do for the most part, show some respect for them and stop being a punk.

Actually we haven't played football in 8 quarters now. This is the most quit I have seen this team have since Mullen was hired. Bama was kind of acceptable because Les was fricking us harder than Saban was. But there was no effort by anyone today with maybe the exception of Cam. This was an all around Crxxmesque performance by everyone involved today. Stricklin needs to nut up and tell Dan to be searching for new coordinators for next year. We are dropping $100,000,000 for football alone in StartkVegas and I refuse to accept the same kind of garbage trotted out by Croom.

I agree but whether it looks like it or not the majority of those guys are giving their all every single game. It only takes one guy to frick things up. I agree that we should expect more, hell I've been bitching about our offensive coordinator for 4 years and I'll be the first to admit it, but that doesn't mean we don't owe it to the guys busting their arse to spend 30 more minutes of our lives to stay in the stadium every week. They work their arse off all year long and don't get a damn thing, other than a scholarship that many of them could have gotten otherwise, making millions of dollars for the school we love and we won't even stay for the entire game. There is no reason we can't stay an entire game and especially the students, we pay 35 dollars for 7 tickets. No other large university that I know of allows their students to buy tickets for every game, much less for 5 dollars a game, we can stay for 60 minutes.

It takes a team effort to be this bad. I appreciate your position but I lived too many years of bi-polar emotion through Sherrill and Crxxms to accept that this is the best they can do. Something happened before Bama. Something is different. These kids are given a hell of a lot more than I was when I was in school there. They are worshipped by our students and they haven't deserved that praise lately. Those kids have opportunities that I never had, have avenues of opportunity open to them that we will never see. They OWE us 100% effort. Relentless persuit! They are not earning their keep

I'm not disagreeing with you, they aren't putting out what our fans deserve. That doesn't mean we don't owe it to them and this university to stay in the game until the clock hits 00:00 in the 4th. I'm just as if not more pissed off than anyone about the shite show that's taking the field (see my post from the stands about Koenning a few topics down). I have been saying this since the beginning of the season though, it isn't just when we lose it's when we are winning too. I don't care of we are up or down 100 we can stay and watch the remainder of the game, we have little or no restriction on what we can take in so flask up and stay for the long haul. My original point was directed solely at the Greeks, I'm going to go to my former fraternities chapter meeting on Monday and request that they make pledges stay the entire game and I encourage any of you with affiliation to do the same. Most of you probably give zero shits about this and that's fine but that's just my 10 cents for the day.

Buy my tickets and you can tell me when to go and how long I have to stay. You don't - so I will go in when I want and leave when I want. I was there for kick off and stayed until it went up 38-13 (about 5 minutes left in the 4th). But when it was apparent that the team had mailed it in (which was pretty early in the 1st) I felt no obligation to stay to support them. I stayed because I wanted to.

If you were replying to my post moreso than the OP I was referring specifically to the students and especially our fraternities, I understand you are at liberty to do whatever you want with your tickets. The students are in a different situation, we get them virtually for free and people are gone before half even when we are winning sometimes. We have an ongoing issue with our pledges saving sections for the fraternities to sit in, obviously the university doesn't really like the practice. My idea was to make a trade off so to speak and allow us to save seats if we in turn agree to stay the entire game every game. I think in the student section there needs to be some sort of incentive for staying the whole 60 minutes, it's the most active part of the fan base and we need all of us there until the end.

Had a couple of players tell me.
They laid a big fat turd this weekend
That's all. Nothing to do with fans.
A&M out played them
Said practice should be crazy this week

BUT

I still think our players feed off the crowd and just like the team. The whole atmosphere suck!
I asked did they see the crowd and they both said yes.
They said they notice student section right before game and running out after halftime.

It turned into one big shitstorm so quickly the fans were in shock. The team needed to do something to give the fans something to cheer about, but couldn't. I think the fans tried but it was over mid-way through the second quarter.

I'm surprised a couple of grown men near the "candyman" didn't take him out.
