Looking back at the schedule the only loss I am pissed off about is the first Holy Cross loss. I can understand not sweeping a 4 game series, but splitting that series sucks.
Hopefully we can take 3 out of 4 in Tucson.

I would think that Sexton or Bracewell will come behind Woody on Friday and other would start on Saturday.

That particular Holy Cross loss and the Memphis loss both tick me off. However, since the HC series we've put Heck at SS and that has taken us up another level defensively. Heck makes some of the tough plays and all the routine plays. Britton is talented but seems to be prone to screwing up any play at any time.

Hate to be slightly pessimistic buuuut y'all know we'll go over there this weeknd and Arizona will suddenly play like the the St. Louis Cardinals in October.
They're on that losing streak , at home no less, but Ms State is coming to town***
All kidding aside though I feel like with the way we've been playing we really should go 4-0 or 3-1 at worst.
Just gotta stay away from the errors, pitching needs to continue to be pretty solid and we just need to score a few runs and we should be ok out there.

Yeah, we need to start going to him more often. You think Ross will be able to throw on Friday? I didn't see mentioned how many pitches he threw last night.

He threw 40 pitches. Lindgren threw 18.
Ross has a rubber arm. I would think Cox will probably be first out of the bullpen in a tight game.

Cox is a cool guy. He and Holder coached our intramural softball team, really got to know both those guys. Both always throws a glove flip towards our lounge when they come in.
