I have a friend who graduated from Ole Miss who is a HS coach. I'm pretty sure OM has a PE/Coaching/Sports admin major

No we don't. Some of the older fans are always bitching about it because it helps in recruiting: 1. Because it gives high school kids an option of an easy arse major to take and. 2. It plants OM alum high school coaches around the state to try and steer recruits our way.
