Yeah according to our hand times, we must have about 4 or 5 4.2's on this team. Last I checked, almost every sec team we played last year had more speed than us.

He is a 4.4 runner. He's an extremely high jumper too!

Rosey reporting that Corey Smith finally has a commitable from Ohio State. Awesome.

Can't blame a guy for wanting to play at home.

Mullen better be glad he's a football coach, because he would be homeless had his life aspiration been a car or insurance salesman

Mullen needs to get his shite together. I do not really think losing Kailo hurt much talent wise, but this sucks. May as well put in Dak next year if you aren't going to bring in any fricking good receivers.

need to go hard after Fred Ross

I have no faith in his ability to flip any four or five star recruit.

Quay was committed to OM once

Goodness knows Mullen could improve as a recruiter but what was he suppose to do on this one? It was well known Smith would go to OSU if he got a true offer or stay with us if he didn't. Doubt Meyer even needs Smith, probably just wants to stick it to Mullen while he had the chance.

Yeah...that makes sense. Just wanted to grab the four star receiver for fun.

Let's continue to sit here and make excuses for Dan while Freeze is taking players from
all over the country.

reminds me of that episode of Entourage where the movie studio bought the Ramones project just so Vince/Ari couldn't get it

Just an off the cuff remark, I have no clue what playing time Smith will get there or how much OSU really needs Smith but I DO know Meyer went through about 5 other prospects before he finally extended a committable offer to Smith otherwise the decommitment would have happened much earlier. I do suspect that Meyer probably took some pleasure in taking a player from Mullen though especially after Mullen came into Gainesville a couple of years ago and help send Meyer packing.

Who knew that being an a-hole to 17-18 year olds sometimes doesn't pay off.
