Why do some boards have admins and others don't?

I thought it was a traffic thing, but I hear the Florida board has an admin, and the UGA one doesn't?
I don't follow the logic honestly. Just trying to get a heads up.
I think every board should have at least one admin to allow access and ban from the board as they please.
Just my two cents.

To y'all. Chicken posted on our board to let him know who has supporting votes. I bumped that thread today so I'm getting awareness to try and get these guys in. Also offering a suggestion.

The Georgia board is a crazy animal that cannot be tamed by one or two designated admins.
It must be governed from above by a coalition of invisible authority figures.
Florida board? Not so much

Make the UGA Board like the LSU team board.
Give everyone access.
