This I could see. But wouldn't simply adding just one more forum, with game thread stickies, solve this? CFB is by far the most popular sport and likely accounts for the most traffic. Simply disallow game threads in this forum and only have stickies in a new "Game thread" forum. Start a new one each week for each game as a 'Pregame Conversation' then just prior to kickoff a new one , with Op responsible to keep boxscore update on first post area.
