If motherfrickers would put the sport their thread is about in the title, this wouldn't be an issue.

I wouldn't mind a tag option where the poster has to tag a sport to it and it would be shown by a small icon to the left of the thread title on the main page.

This is the SEC Rant. Not SEC Rant Football. All sports can be discussed and when it is the off season for football, expect to see more basketball and baseball threads.

It may be the SEC rant, but lately it has been overrun by baseball pissing contests that a lot of people don't give a frick about. The great thing about message boards is that they're categorized to separate items of interest. The SEC rant has become a big fricking mess covering everything from baseball to gymnastics. I don't think it's too much to ask to look into ways to neatly categorize the various sports for ease of reference.

Ok think about this. If they make football, basketball, and baseball boards, where do the threads talking about sports other than these go? Where do the shitty "worst fans" threads go? Where do academic smack threads go?
The current format is fine, all things SEC. I'm sorry that you only like one sport and get all upset when you waste 10 seconds clicking on a thread and realizing its not about tahd foosball.
