You should let me in. I have connections. My brother works at Texas A&M. Last weekend he, my mom, and my nephew dressed up in Aggie gear and went to the Rice game. No joke. Gig 'em!

The individual team boards are still relatively new (with the exception of the LSU board). Because there are so many fans of all different teams on here, we are letting the individual boards get good and established by their true, core fans before they become open to everyone. Otherwise we could have problems

Trolls and flames. The individual team fans are outnumbered by the mob. We'd have times where the "Team X" board would actually be filled with people trashing Team X.
This would be especially true of the teams that attract a lot of attention (aka controversy).
Would you enjoy the A&M board if it was nothing but people trashing Johnny Manziel? That's what it would be right now if we let everyone in.
The Texas A&M board should be a place for Texas A&M fans - those who are actually invested in the school and its athletics.

Well sure. I'm a Bama fan. We get trashed constantly on the SEC Rant, which is fine. I enjoy the SEC Rant. But it's also nice to have a restricted board where I can discuss my school without having to worry about that. This is the purpose of the team boards.
Whatever opinion you have to pose, feel free to post it on the SEC Rant and I can assure you Texas A&M will respond
