They are sorry for the infraction that caused their ban, and is a pretty good poster otherwise. They like to mix it up some with the rivals on occasion, but not usually in excess.

You know these threads never work right? And they just had a reinstatement thread on the OT two weeks ago. How about we let these offenders serve a little timeout instead of undermining the entire banning system already in place.
