Getting redirects to App Store from Rant

It's happening as soon as I open the Rant. I get the popup that it's redirecting.
I'm on an iPhone. OS 9.3.4. Using the Google Chrome app to browse.

I don't understand how someone could have an iPhone, and not jail break it. When they gave me one at work, I hated how restrictive it was.

No. I just never got around to downloading 10 when it bricked a bunch of phones.
