Admins Please - what technically is "trolling"?

Everyone can of course answer, but this is directed to Admins.
I think the Admins do a wonderful job and have a great site. I have pretty much abandoned me previous Bama site because I enjoy the diversity here.
However, I have received a "final" warning today that I will be banned if I continue to "troll LSU fans." I don't consider myself a troll (especially relative to the generally accepted rough housing type discussion common on this wonderful site) - could be wrong.
Do I post a lot about LSU? Yes, I do (although it is not a majority of what I post). Are non-LSU fans not allowed to post info about LSU? If so, my bad - I will stop.
If not, then I am confused. The vast majority of my post are just a subject line referencing an article about LSU with a link. That doesn't seem like trolling to me. Is it trolling because LSU fans don't like an article and RA me? I'm not posting on Tiger Rant - I could see how that would be objectionable.
I'm just not entirely clear on where the line is. I don't want to be banned - I really like this site (and I don't know anyone on here personally so I doubt anyone will start a reinstate Garfield thread).

Not sure exactly - not that I haven't had some good natured back and forth with LSU fans. But this is my second warning and I was told it will be my last.

But Admins this is what I don't get, I see constant personal attacks that I must assume the Admins don't care about, however, I generally never post shite like this (maybe once or twice, if ever (I can only think of once and I apologized the next day)) but I post an article from legit media about LSU and I am told that I am going to get banned unless I straighten up and fly straight.
I honestly don't get it. I know Admins are LSU folk, but still.
ETA: went back and checked. I have called two people a "douche" neither was an LSU fan (one a Bama fan and one ATM). I deleted both and apologized to the ATM fan the next day.

Although I think you know you what trolling is, I will humor you and answer your question... I hadn't noticed you, but I looked at threads started by you and this was one I found:

Because you said "don't shoot the messenger", it comes off as passive aggressive. It appears likely that you knew you were inciting and baiting antagonistic responses over a "hot button" topic. This is not an article from a major news source, and it is a topic that has traditionally caused a great deal of animosity from the bourgeois and/or posters who lack a sense of SEC perspective or history.
