Y'all going to the Spring Game?

Took day off to go. Should be interesting. I lost a contact last night and have to wait till Tuesday till new ones come in so I'm half blind. Will be hard to see who is doing what but should still be fun.
What are you guys looking to see today?
I want to see
How Malik is doing now..such a good back but so injury prone. Feel bad for him.
Can Jones run the offense
How does the line hold up
Really want to see Copeland with the ball...think he could be a very real Harvin like player. Strong, fast, impressive first step.
Last...new line backers who stands out of the stellar class.

Defense seems to be very basic...but wow Moorer is bad. He has been exposed all game by Grines and Jefferson. Really hope he never sees the field honestly it's very worrisome.
Lot of Toney plays...good..kid is a stud. Needs the ball 10 times a game.
Hopefully this is just bland defense...our offense looks very good so far but defense seems lost. Seen at least six blown coverages. Gotta clean this up big time.
Also...Frank's will start at QB. Task has such a weak ball and it has shown a few times. Jones is good but he forced two balls in and paid for one. I'd be shocked if Franks isn't the starter I would be pretty surprised

Yea it was like watching a Big 12 game. Barely ran it. Tossed it to open wide outs all game.
I didn't hear anything from Copeland...maybe he isn't as good as I had hoped.

Ah. Was wondering.
Also Iverson looked really good as the fourth back...our RB group is so nasty.
I heard Boosters called the run or pass and it seemed kind of pass happy lol.
The surprise plays from Lito and Chris were fun.

The teams were very unevenly drafted.
Toney, Grimes, VJ, Krull, Copeland on the offense and the defense is comprised of our two best cornerbacks.
Honestly, why not just run the 1st team offense vs. the 1st team defense from hereon out? It's practically the same thing.

Krull and Copeland didn't play, but I agree.
And all this about the defense looked lost or the DBS got burnt, its supposed to be that way...we have kids out there that won't play. Our starting defense will be strong, I'm just worried about the oline. If we can field a half competent unit, we will be dangerous. Our skill players are elite.
Fans want points. You know how much bitching we would hear if the score was 10-7?

I was at the Spring Game today also. Left at half time my five year old grandson was hot.

I know it's not indicative of how our defense will be, but we just threw a bunch of backups to the lions. Points are always fun but we should definitely show our defense some love during these outings.
I said yesterday that Orange would obliterate Blue and it was just obvious from the rosters. I don't think it'd be a 10 - 7 game, but I definitely don't want to see 60, even if it's against the backups.

I put no stock in the score. It’s a made for the fans type game. It was nice to see the team and players getting at it.

I'm from the Waycross side originally. I keep wanting to make my way to Fargo to play that golf course they have out there.

Haven't been their since 1953. Learned to swim in the Suwannee, right behind the old Depot. The Land Of Trembling Earth, will always be dear to my heart though.
There were only three stores there then. Jimmie Livingston's Trading Post, the Post Office, I believe was combined with a restaurant and Mr. Hill's Gulf Station.

All I've seen from people is how they left at halftime. I get that it's made for the fans, I get that it's meant to be fake, I'm just saying that it doesn't need to be nor should it be WWE fake.
Watching other Spring Games, very few teams run it like we do and I'm not sure if I agree with the model.
Disclaimer: I'm not saying Mullen owes me anything, nor saying it's particularly wrong to have the opinion that it's entertaining. I'm just saying if the defense can't play, what's the point? Not even saying they should be able to crush the offense, but Jesus, they couldn't even blitz until late into the 2nd Quarter. Were jogging in their protection schemes, it was just pitiful to see them give up almost 100 points when the game should be for them too.

We stayed till the end. Was hoping to shake Mullens hand and offer him my GF for a night if he promised to stay for at least five years.
