This is a worse loss for us than the Georgia one, honestly.

I’m worried about who’s they get. Les Miles could leave Kansas. Lane Kiffin could do wonders there.

ETA: then there’s mark stoops.

Whoever they chase is going to be overpaid a stupid amount of money. And there's no guarantee it will work out.

Here for it.

A few people have been saying that Leach clashes with boosters a lot, and I can see it.

Similarly, I think they're going to have to go G5 again. No way do they have enough cash to go P5 right now considering the climate in Tally.

Leach would be a home run hire for them.

Thing is, Leach is the kinda guy to take a min payday to go to a school like FSU. Would be the biggest program hes been the header if in a hotbed of talent

I think the biggest problem is that now that the boosters have literally paid the buyout, they are gonna want a loooooot of control over the next hire.

I just don't think Leach is a "shake hands and make people happy" type of HC. He's a:

"Let me find out where this mama raccoon is going and then Tweet about defending cats." type of HC.

Mike Leach struggles with a banana.

The problem is every coach on there list except Kiffin has a very high buyout not sure how substantial leach buyout may be they just paid taggart now they have to pay a buyout and then give a contract to the coach they hire that is a lot of dough they throwing around I hope they make another bad hire but think with all they are coughing up.

That in the end think it is Mark Stoops or PJ Fleck not sure Leach is the type of personality they want right now if its Stoops Kentucky may go after Kiffin

I think Kiffin would probably be their best move, but I just don't know how they're going to afford it.

Their boosters paid for it overnight, so apparently that debt is completely removed -- but still, that's a huge chunk of change and then they're going to have to hire someone else.

Kentucky will pay the frick out of Stoops, WSU would be easy to sway but as I said: Those boosters are going to haaaaaate Mike Leach.

They must have had some idea before they fired Taggart, but I'm not sure who they'd be looking at right away. Going to be a rough rebuild, too.

Here’s hoping they have a revolving door going in and out of their head coaches office for a good while.

With Taggerts buyout, FSucks will not be able to afford a top notch coach unless he just wants to coach at FSucks.

Either way, this sets their program back for another 3 years or more. I couldn't happen to a better bunch!

Mark Stoops, Fleck, and Campbell seem like good targets for them. Not sure how Fleck and Campbell do on the recruiting side though.
