They’re all mostly JRs so being young shouldn’t have anything to do with it.

Delance and Forsythe ( he is such a lazy blocker why they keep getting him downfield to block boggles my mind)are just terrible if that is the best we have next year won't be much better.

I've been on bleich all year he actually played much better today

Poor coaching.

We have a dynamite S&C program and Dan Mullen is an okay playcaller who runs offensive-minded teams.

The only thing I can think of is that they are just very poorly coached and lazy. They obviously have talent -- you can't spend three years at Florida and two years under Mullen and not have it.

There's a frick ton of playing time for young, hungry guys next year that we better start selling.

Lazy

As

Fuq

Delance should never see RT again
Bleich ditto for RG
Beyond terrible

Put Forsythe at RT, Gouriage at LT, Buch at Center and find me 2 guards who are ready to fkn hit somebody.

This is not poor coaching. Hevesy did wonders last year. These dudes are just lazy IMO.

I mean, I hate to be "that guy", but whose job is it to motivate them? All of the other positions seem to get better every single week, they work hard and they seem to be ready to go from snap one to snap 60.

The offensive line is lost, just not at all physical. I can't just say "Well they're lazy", no one else on the team is lazy. The entire unit is dogshit -- no push, can't even hold a fricking guy and keep him off of Trask.

That unit has severe problems, and it begins and ends with Hevesy. It's not just one guy, either, it's almost the entire unit outside of maybe two guys.

It's ok straws we know you are that guy.

Obviously this O-line is what it is. it's not going to get any better all I want is just for them to hit somebody your in there to push people around stop being lazy and when you are pulling or getting downfield to block fricking hit somebody dont whiff or let a little guy get by you without touching him yes Forsythe I'm talking to you

I mean, I've predicted every game + the QB.

It's not luck at this point, I'd venture to say.

I mean, the Perine run was pretty much luck. The LB hit the hole faster than the lineman did. How Perine was able to break it loose is beyond me. If the blocker had made his block, Perine wouldn’t have had to break that tackle.

LSUs front 7 isn’t as good as Auburn’s.

Hopefully Trask will have a little more time next week.

Hevesy is one of the best offensive line coaches in America. This unit is 4 3 stars and a 4 star transfer that couldn’t cut it at Texas. They are better than game 1.

If Hevesy is one of the best o-line coaches he isn't showing it this year this O-line is poorly coached and not discipline at all they are lazy and look afraid to hit somebody and are not getting better.

But despite our bad O-line play we are still 6-0 hopefully Mullen gets after Hevesy and the O-line this week calls them out for being lazy and not being physical enough

The offensive line looks terrible this year, there's literally no way to look around it. And this isn't "oh the unit hasn't worked together and that takes time to develop etc. etc.." this is:

They're holding and still getting the QB sacked. They can't even fall on a ball. I don't think I've ever seen guys just in our backfield that fast, literally untouched.

Low effort, pitiful fundamentals and it doesn't really seem like they have intentions of improving.

Why is he the best OL coach? We had talent on the roster last year. If Hevesy was so good, why did Meyer demote in his time here and let him go to MSU?

I've been as critical as anyone about the OL and before the season started I thought for sure the unit would be much better.

Honestly, the OL played ok yesterday...they were up against one of the best defensive fronts they will see all year. I know how often the DL was in the backfield...but usually when a pass rusher was into the backfield quick...it was a LB or even a DB blitzing and the QB has to pick that up and avoid a sack or throw it away.

For the most part we didn't double team Derrick Brown, which surprised me...but we did double up on his partner Marlon Davidson when he was lined up on our rightside. I have to say that I admired Davidson for going up to Trask when the game ended to let him know he wasn't trying to hurt him.

LsU doesn't have near the talent in their front seven that AU had. Our defense showed the country what they were made of...holding AU to a total of 269 yds...and our offense had 398 yds.

I think by the Jawja game we will see a OL unit that is capable of run blocking much better. As far as coaching, we are freaking 6-0 and took down the 7th ranked team. Mullen has changed the culture of the locker room into a close knit family and his style of patience with players buys him a lot of cred with the team.

I have a feeling next Saturday is going to be a “false start”fest. With the volume in tiger stadium the line is going to be lost.

Watching the game again, Heggie is the reason Pierce got whacked.

Im so done with Heggie, Bleich and Delance. They should never be on the field at the same time ever again. Work a Frosh OL in so he can take over before they get somebody -Else- injured.
I dont think our OL was this bad when Mac had the Harvard transfer.
