All sorts of shite is going to come out between today and Monday.

It all comes down to one man's decision.

UF or UCLA

This is like a school knowing they're getting a commit on NSD, and telling that kid to put a Bama hat on the table to make it appear he chose their school over Bama.

In this case the Bama hat is UCLA

And we're the school that knows he's coming to Florida.

100%.

If you follow the narrative it's really easy to see how this came to fruition.

The Gainesville Sun erroneously stated on Sunday that Chip Kelly had ''met'' with UCLA, they then changed the story after the writer said he ''misspoke'' regarding UCLA, and said ''I meant to say that it would be in his best interest to meet with UCLA'' -- this was all on Sunday while UF was in the air to go meet Kelly personally.

So he backtracks, and now we have rumors (per very bad sources) that he actually did meet with him (???) two days after the story broke erroneously?

This is literally nothing more than a smokeshow, and if you follow the narrative of the story, you can see where it starts to change.

First: They said that Kelly's agents met with Kelly on Sunday, that was backtracked.

Then: They said that Kelly himself met with UCLA.

After that: Some guy says Kelly's agents met with UCLA (this being the newest).

If you watch the narrative from the very beginning there is literally nothing to worry about.

'Former Oregon coach Mike Bellotti to ESPN.com on Chip Kelly's decision: "If he has a choice between UCLA and Florida, I think he would take Florida. They're both good jobs, but UCLA has fired every coach since Terry Donahue. People think he's got the success on the West Coast, but the reality is he's an East Coast guy. ... UCLA is a very good job. I'm not sure I could say it's a great job."'

"A Chip Kelly update. He met w/ #UCLA yesterday, per source.. the meeting was not in LA. As we reported a few days ago, Kelly is the top target for the Bruins & #UF."

Its said Kelly straight up turned down Tennessee... so heres my thoughts. Kelly is a Gator, he signed a contract to be executed after the FSU game and just to hold the NFL at bay he had talks with one other team so he could say theres no contract and that hes making a decision so they cant take his $$
Think about it, youre a HC trying to get the best deal, yet you turn down one if the SECs heavy hitters and only talk to UF and UCLA while both SEC jobs are a better destination...

I believe also.

UF is a great school in a great conference with great recruiting. Facilities… are getting there.

Only reason a coach wouldn’t come here is if he wanted to be somewhere else. I know that last part sounds funny but you get my point. I hope.

We have an excellent AD that is top 10 for sure and most times top 5 all around. Year in and year out.

Frank Frangie, Edgar Thompson and most reporter's saying UF is saying we never offered a contract now to save face. Reporting UCLA is in the driver seat now and most likely his landing spot.

Also reports that Kelly has reached out to two coaches to join his staff and he said to them at UCLA.

It's not a coincidence that fired Mora when they did.

(Sigh)

He’s not coming. I know it. For some reason, I got this gut feeling he’s not coming. Southern California vs Central Florida? It’s really a no brainer if lifestyle is the deciding factor. He’s already rich so it’s not like money matters.

This is starting to piss me off because no one nationally knows anything. I've watched this entire thing go down day by day, and the reports always contradict themselves.

People have UF Brass on video flying back from meeting with Kelly, they're not going to try and lie and say ''we didn't even really want him'', that's just so incredibly retarded that you posting it here makes me wonder if you're a real Gators fan.

This frick literally said it was a GUESS because he has no sources, he's putting the puzzle together but he doesn't have the sources that a lot of people very close with the Florida program have, nor with others that have been talking it up about Chip Kelly.

1. TG who has predicted everything predicted that there would be rumors about UCLA this week.

quote:

Now national guys are onto that storyline and the narrative is Kelly will decide between UCLA and Florida. All I can tell you is that I remain extremely confident. I understand the next few days are likely to carry more ups and downs as this or that gets reported.

2. Most people erroneously reported that Chip kelly's agents met with UCLA on Sunday, when it is the furthest from the truth. Their insider's forum went from ''he came to UCLA Sunday'', ''he came to UCLA yesterday'', ''INKS DRY BOYS'' in the one day that they've been trying to get Kelly.

3. The PAC-12 is going to have something to say about Chip Kelly in the same way that the SEC did. We have bylaws for the SEC, the PAC is going to have something to say about Chip Kelly frickING Oregon before bolting to the NFL.

4. Put together the other pieces to the puzzle regarding UCLA. What can UCLA offer regarding football reasons to Chip Kelly? We have better facilities (they don't even have an indoor facility, and their practice field is 80 yards), we have more money available for assistants because LA Money is not the same as Gainesville money, we have more of a following, we have more support from the administration for football (UCLA is a basketball school, and we beat them anyway).

UCLA has no sources, UCLA has no evidence, all of these stories are quoting the erroneous Gainesville Sun article -- that's where it all started from and they are a mouthpiece for the UAA.

Insiders on Florida boards, people who are directly connected with the program and even ex-Oregon coach Bellotti said:

"If he has a choice between UCLA and Florida, I think he would take Florida. They're both good jobs, but UCLA has fired every coach since Terry Donahue. People think he's got the success on the West Coast, but the reality is he's an East Coast guy. ... UCLA is a very good job. I'm not sure I could say it's a great job."

You better get the frick outta here with this weak arse ''this is just a guess guyth'' straight up mothafrickin' bullllllllllshit.

He's coming to Florida, ya'll just relax.

If he does go to UCLA that tells me he never learned his lesson after the LSU game. Wasnt it Phil Knight that said something along the lines of we weren't used to playing against this level of those athletes? Well, you wont get them at UCLA either. Their defense is last in the nation vs the run. Takes more than an offense to win titles so if thats his goal he ll come here. If he wants ordinary by all means go West.

I think we got him. We ll see in a few days.

Solid answer, TJ, as usual you provide no commentary, only troll your own fanbase.

You don't think he's coming, want to ban bet?

He recruited top 15 and #3 In the Pac 12 @ OREGON. Don't be butt hurt. He'd clean up at UCLA. Hell they have a top 10 NFL pick in Rosen. Kelly would get tons of players.

You've been acting like you have known everything from day 1. That Any other possibilities other than CHIP Kelly were impossible. You've acted like your in the know when youre not. I'm not trolling I'm saying your melt is going to be glorious if CHIP goes to UCLA. Just like when you turned on Mac at a drop of a hat despite fighting tooth and nail for him even leading up to before he was fired.

Ban bet on Chip Kelly, yes or no?

I've known a lot more than you guys, and have been following it a lot closely.

Again, refute what I said. There are much better sources who have proven to be correct in the past. Maybe they're all wrong this time, it's possible.

Again, want to make a ban bet? I never do ban bets, but I'll make one right now with you.
