AR needs to be a leader out there on the field and on the sideline. Instead of pouting on the bench and staying Quiet sitting by himself. He should have gotten his line and his receivers together on the sideline and talked zbout what was happening on the field and what he was seeing. I have no problem with Sale being our oline coach but co-offensive coordinator is a stretch for him.
I really want AR to be a thing for us, but that USF performance has made me a real doubter.
It's one thing to struggle as an inexperienced starter against a well-coached Kentucky defense, but tonight was ridiculous.
I'm not saying Miller or Kitna is the answer. And I'm not totally off the AR-Train yet either. I'm just not very encouraged by what I've seen these past two weeks.

I just don't understand what happened to him.
Where's the guy chomping at LSU after scoring his first touchdown?
Where's the guy stiff arming defenders?
Where's the guy who threw touchdowns against LSU and FSU?
Its like he doesn't want to be there.

He can’t throw. Period
I’ll take Emory any day over this quitter

This year he hasn't been able to.
He seemed able to against LSU and FSU last year.
Maybe the pressure of being the starter is too much for him?
Because when he was relaxed as the back up he showed some flashes.

He can throw. He's shown that.
Its just bizarre. Its like the Monstars stole all of his talent after the Utah game.

Totally.
I've never seen such a mystifying regression, especially after a big win against Utah.

Truly a mystery. Is he injured? The kid doesn’t look the same

I have watched every passing play on tape AR has had last year and this year and unfortunately there is nothing there to suggest he can go to secondary options or read the field good when the primary option on the play is covered. All his nice passing plays just about didn't require much as far as the mental part of being a QB. I hope he can finally start getting it against Tenn but if not the odds aren't good he will ever be a good passer.

When?

AR has some major deficiencies that aren’t going to be worked out in a few weeks. He’s had some good throws but he freaks out if his first read isn’t open and has no touch on his throws. He’s just very raw.
Also doesn’t help that we don’t really have an offensive weapon that can stretch the field for AR.

You dont make a living off going deep every play, he cant hit the routine throws in rhythm.
Best case scenario is Miller is healthy n gets some time the next 2 games after Tenn.

Matt, you are right about DL depth...team is worn out by the 4th qt...Billy Blue Chip is working hard to recruit DL that can give us needed depth.
Where the FK is Dexter? Youd expect him to feast on teams like USF. Cox pissed me off too, if you can make a play when you want to, he shouldve took over the whole game, not just in spurts.
McClellan looked like a future force out there and if Big Dez ever gets it under control he'll be a nice rock in the middle

I think we’re going to beat some teams we shouldn’t and lose to some teams we shouldn’t, as it will all come down to the roller coaster that is AR.

Sadly, yes.
I wrote off this season before it started. Just too many young players learning under a new staff to be too hopeful.
I did think AR would be steady tho, not a headcase like we're seeing now.
Billy needs at least 2 more cycles to get it moving.

Moving forward. I've said it once I'll keep saying it.
If AR is not seeing the field well out there put the backup in for a series or 2 let Napier keep AR right beside him asking him what he sees during the play

Im really hopeful after the Tenn game we'll have 2 games to get a lead for once n be able to get another QB on the field for a few series.
