Miami is clearly dog shite. That win wasn’t as impressive as it originally seemed. Not saying we win but I don’t care what anyone says, someone that talented will get points. It’s painful to watch Jones struggle because he is such a good kid, but I don’t see how anyone can argue he should start unless Richardson is hurt.

Save the don’t start him vs Bama cause it hurts his confidence. That’s nonsense. Weak minded players get beat and let it destroy them. If he can’t handle adversity then he isn’t an elite QB. Put him in the fire and see what he is capable of. If OSU and Bama can start freshman, then we absolutely can.

With Richardson taking majority snaps, I’d go 35 percent chance of winning. Bama Oline has issues we will get to Young at times.

Jones…no chance. Not even worth putting a number on it because there is no chance he can play well enough to beat Bama.

Jones isn’t gonna be 100% by next Saturday regardless if he starts or not. Mullen will play just to get through it without injuries and hope to play them again in ATL.

That’s a cowardly way to coach. If Richardson is hurt you keep him out for sure. If not there is no excuse to play to lose.

Uf has a shot with Ar15. Yes. But Jones will take most snaps and everyone knows it. Just start preparing yourself mentally.

Mullen is setting this up for Emory to get boo'd by his own fans, on the biggest recruiting weekend of the season, on the biggest game of the weekend nationally.

Emory threw 4 INTs, at least 2 more plays that definitely should have been INTs against SEC level competition. And, maybe a couple more interceptions if he was playing a full game instead of giving a third of it to Richardson. So let's call it an average of 4 INTs against SEC level competition. There's no winning this Alabama game with 4 turnovers.

Theres only only scenario where it's forgivable to say Emory is the starter. And that is if Richardson is too injured to start next week.

Everyone is concentrating on our QB situation to win the game. Have you seen our D secondary? Bama will score with ease on our corners and backs. There is no way even with Richardson in the entire game wee keep up.

I just re-watched the game from Saturday. I agree with your take on the DB play. I'm not sure if its scheme or what but the cushion they give is insane and then they often get caught flat footed and burned deep. Going to be a long day in the swamp if they don't tighten up.

Yeah good call defense to me is actually my biggest worry. That secondary at 2nd corner and star is weak.

The starter so far at star has been weak. Perkins has been much better.

Our secondary isn’t that bad. In press they played well actually we just limited the press last game. The starters have allowed three points correct? Maybe ten can’t remember. Either way We have a good star now, Elam is the best shutdown corner in CFB, and Johnson is smart on the back end and underrated. The issue is the other corners are young. That and we don’t cover well with linebackers in the middle of the field.

If we press we can cause some issues with Young. He has some issues still as a young guy we can exploit. Just have to actually do it Grantham.
