Well your back up Trask certainly isn't doing it. So guess we will have to rely on Franks, not a back up who looks average at best every time he has played and never shined anywhere at any point in his career

I've advocated for anyone other than Fraks -- including Toney in the Wildcat. I have no idea what everyone's fascination with Trask is other than the one game where they played a P5 opponent Trask ate his lunch with less time.
I digress.

This is also as irrelevant as Chip Kelly comin' ta flawrda.
I'm saying that our Redshirt Junior QB should be able to tear up a weak defensive secondary, especially with 20+ starts over several years with a very good QB coaching staff.
If that's asking too much, perhaps we should be looking at completely retooling the offense to be more run heavy with Emory Jones.
And Reel acting like losing to Kentucky two years in a row is acceptable at Florida is uh, way off the mark. This is a must win game.

I agree on the last part. We cant lose to UK two straight years.

He’s a life backup, no one here is fascinated with him other than you.

I'm not talking about him.
I'm saying the guy you've been caping for ought to carve up the Kentucky defensive secondary which is pretty weak.
Our offense should move the ball well regardless of our run game, as long as our QB can keep a cool head and hit passes under pressure.
I mean, he's only been starting for two years. That's not asking a lot, right?

There are 11 players on offense and defense and you never talk about 21 of them straws...if we ever lose a game it isn't on 1 guy...its a team effort.
I think the whole team that are upperclassmen want to atone for last year.

Im not caping for anyone. All Ive said from day 1 is if he’s the starter then he must be the best option right now and I support him. Same if Jones or Trask runs out onto the field, I support them.
I recall supporting Trask when he threw a td to Copeland and Jones when he ran in a td on a good run so...

I’m feeling surprisingly good about this game. I think our team and Mullen are going to want revenge from last year. If we take care of the football, I think our D wins us the game and we grind out to a pretty comfortable win. UK’s defense has looked pedestrian and they are starting a QB that doesn’t have SEC experience.

Honestly I am too, but nervous to say it because it back fires on me when I feel confident about a game now it seems(Miami game...argh) and we do well when I don't. So...we will struggle mightily and if we win it's dumb luck

I won't be confident in any conference games with the way the OL run blocks.

We shall see. I suspect improvement and it isn't just the Oline. WR's and TE's haven't run blocked well either.
Our line wasn't great the first month last year either and progressed. Hopefully the same happens this year. We have the S&C and the coaches now to see that improvement.

“Just like Franks has to be a willing runner, the TEs need to be willing blockers.” @BenTroupe84

I stopped taking Gators Breakdown seriously when they let that idiot Sikes have a platform to shite talk Mullen's recruiting the entire first year.
Dude quit all platforms after Clemson won the championship because it flew completely in the face of his retarded "eLiTe ReCrUiTiNg wInS cHaMpIoNsHiPs" while watching Clemson (occasionally top ten, but no where near top 5) beat Alabama twice in the last three years for their National Championships.
Big3 Rollup is just too much shite talking and everyone pumping.
Podcasts are really hard to come by now, though.
This is definitely my favorite.

I was more about the quote from Troupe than the podcast. But yeah, only time I listen to Silk now is during recruiting season.

I cant do podcast except with driving and rarely then as well. Except Jogan, but that's rarely sports related.

Anyone know if Brad Stewart is still suspended or anyone else would be nice to have Brad back out there today without Hendo

His pads were in the locker room ready to go yesterday from a post on GC
So seems he is playing.

I want to feel positive about a win today but something is nagging at me. Not sure ?? f it’s our run blocking or the defense.
I don’t want to be negative but I’m feeling a close hard fought win.
