The sad thing is, Napier found a good DC and gave him the defense, now the defense looks good. Why couldn't he do the same with the offense? Pride goeth before a fall.

I hope it's not a situation where parents are dictating things. Hopefully he can get on track but I am scared we might have been wrong on Lagway's ceiling. Once he has been forced to be able to hit the intermediate routes he has struggled. It wasn't even funny all the staring down and telegraphing he did last night. Combined with Billy's crappy play calling its a recipe for disaster.

He needs a good QB coach. He has the tools, just terrible at reading defenses, which can be coached to make him decent.

That issue scares me the most. The "it" factor reading defenses quickly. Richardson never seemed to get it even after the pros worked so much with him.
