We need Ole Miss to lose @ Oklahoma this week to get Lane's mind right about leaving Ole Miss.

Why not? Meyer came from Utah, not seeing why hiring a good coach from a lower level is a no go.

It's scares me we are hearing Drinkwitz so much from people that hang out with these big boosters a lot. He seems to the backup plan which I think would be a big mistake if Kiffin won't come here.

That comment was short and followed by he likes lots of coaches. I wouldn’t worry yet.

Fire SS if he hires that MO nerd.

Hate to say it, but maybe we need to give SOS a cognitive ability test.

Drink is a clown coach. No thanks.

Sounding like we offered Kiffin 13.5 million for 6 years. It's whether he wants to leave or not now.

I think it's probably mostly correct but the terms might be off at this point. Not sure what I think Kiffin does. Probably 50/50 he comes here.

I gotta say, UF is going hard for Lane.

That’s all we wanted. Big game hunting with a big offer. Make him say no.

Let’s see how it plays out

Definitely not interested in Dimwitz,

Being anywhere near Florida field unless he is running out of the tunnel in black and yellow.

Everything with Lane is speculation right now other than the fact that he has not signed the extension

Which is great for UF

BUT 13.5 A year for someone that has not won anything is tough

But to see Kiffin in orange and blue next year would be amazing and I believe he is the only coach who can keep most of the guys here to stay
Especially our receivers , because they all will get several balls thrown there way every Saturday

True but we need to ensure that this hire doesn't totally suck. Kiffin has not "won anything" yet in terms of SEC titles or NC titles, but can clearly win a lot of games.

Need to see the UAA take football serious enough to overspend. I think budget for NIL and assistant coaches/staff might persuade Kiffin more than his own salary, hope the decision makers can figure that out.
