Got 1 win against the now #1 Vols, game 2 was the lone bright spot with Peterson pitching great. Game 1 we couldn't get much going offensively and had to go through 6 pitchers, game 3 was close until the last half, then the wheels fell off.
Kentucky up next, they're coming off a series win against Arkansas so we can maybe hope for a let down series for them??

This teams post season chances are on life support, pitching just hasn't improved. When we get a good day on the mound it seems like the bats are silent. Tough year. Lots of young players. Go Gators!

Well, Gators played KY tough all 3 games, late game break downs in pitching cost us both losses. There's just no depth in the pen to make any kind of run in the post season this year.

Got a great series win against the Bulldogs, may have done just enough to get in the postseason. Not sure if that’s such a great thing though :D
Peterson pitched good again yesterday, Cags struggled on the mound today but the bullpen, along with a 12 run 4th inning, helped him out.
Feels great to get the series win, especially against GA.

Well we snuck into the post season, and our bracket doesn't look too bad actually. Still don't have high hopes for a run but anything could happen.

Apparently the selection committee puts a TON of emphasis on strength of schedule, no matter what your record is against that schedule. Whatever, I'll take it.

Huge game by Neely out of the bullpen. Threw 100+ pitches and 11 strikeouts. Win one more!!!

He has this talent, doesn't always show it. Last night he did! I have no idea what to expect today, this weekend's play did change my perception of the team. They played like it meant something to them. Go Gators.

Neely was in Beast Mode for sure, and the bats really came alive in the first game yesterday. They'll need to come alive again this afternoon, I'm certainly not expecting a win, but feeling a tad better than I thought I would be. This team has the talent, just have to put it all together.

Great win, on to Clemson. If this team keeps playing like they are they can make some noise. The talent is there, the power hitting is there, just gotta keep it up.

Great job winning the regional championship, team really came together.

Great season for the softball team. Picked 7th in the SEC preseason and took OK to the end with a shot at playing for a National Championship. Tim Walton continues to amaze, great coach. Future is bright with young talent.
