2021 schedule is finally here...

Our OOC schedule is embarrassing. I would rather have 10 conference games, FSU and a pansy.

With a new starting QB and some new pieces on defense you need these first 2 games to see what you have and then se what you can do against Bama I like the schedule though it plays out nicely could se us going at least 10-2

This is the actual schedule that was published a year ago and I posted it here about 2 months ago. Im glad they didn't make any changes to our schedule...just wish we would have had a QB with a good skillset when we play Bama. The FAU and USF games are important to develop a QB ready to lead. It could be Jones and Richardson.

Its better to play Bama earlier than later in the season.
No reason UF shouldn't win less than 10 games with that schedule, but you have to account for the yearly Mullen gaff that has been his history at Miss State, and really 2/3 years at UF (2018 vs. Mizzou, 2020 vs. LSU - both games at home).

I believe we start with Utah in 2022 but yeah it's a meh OOC overall.
I do think it's fairly favorable. Also think it will help break in one of the QBs. Bama and UGA are the hardest. @LSU is always a slugfest.

We agreed to a Home, Away, Home with them. I read a while back that Strickland likes to do these. He did that at Miss St with LA Tech also

Its not that embarrassing. FAU and USF are decent programs. FSU is a premier program but just shite currently. That is three decent opponents.

We should beat both of these teams by 30. Optics look bad because we don't leave the state to play these inferior teams.

It's just another crappy OOC schedule. Good news is that it sets us up for a 10-11 win season, so there is that I guess.
