Said lawyer now works for the NCAA keeping kids from getting immediate eligibility. Been running his yapper about how Cox isn't going to get same treatment his client (Fields) got.

I hate the direction that college football has taken. I am from the era that you signed with a school and stayed 4 yrs come hell or high water. No leaving early as a junior.

I would just like to say I am all for recruiting. We need to do more of it. Sorry but I was tired of seeing the last recruiting post being 2 weeks old.

Well in that case, Kamar W. was tweeting good news coming for the Gators. We could hear something tomorrow or in 2 months or the kid could silently decommit without ever actually committing to the coaches. It’s all good, because our season has started and we are 1-0 mutha suckas.

The win definitely wasn't how we wanted, but we can definitively say that we are the #1 team in Florida without a shadow of a doubt.

That should make recruiting locally easier.

I hope AR is the QB that we need in the future. He will probably redshirt and be ready to compete with Emory in 2021 (if Franks stays)cause we don't want true frosh starting unless they are the second coming of Trevor Lawrence.

This win was exactly what I wanted. Close sloppy win that deflates our big head that we got from the Michigan game.

Trevor Lawrence, Jake Fromm and Tua all took their teams to the National Championship.

Sometimes, it's about just having a good team and a QB who doesn't make bad decisions.

What happened with the Clayton kid to transferred to Tech? Did he just flame out? Wasn't a good scheme fit for the new regime?

Clayton said he was intending to stay at Florida for his final two seasons — “I’m not the type of guy to quit,” he said — until his mother, Caronica, developed a medical issue. Clayton declined to address the matter further, but said that “I need to be close to my mom.” Atlanta is about a two-hour drive from Dooly County, which is along I-75 south of Warner Robins. It’s about three hours from Gainesville, Fla. As his need to be closer to home became clear, Clayton said that Collins being at Tech was like “the stars aligning.”

-------

Scuttlebutt says that he just wasn't living up to his own hype and couldn't get it together.

After seeing Florida fans be...less than objective, I don't know if either side is telling the truth.

I have watched Tua miss wide open WRs in the end zone, not once, but several times...he didn't see them...EVERY QB can miss or have hard time when run game isn't going...why do you think Clemson beat Bama like a drum? Cause their DL shut down the run game.

The NFL is different and they abandoned the run game years ago for the most part. But college football requires the ability to run and stop the run....its football 101 and every college coach will tell you that who isn't named Leach. And air raid offenses gets you a 7-5 or 8-4 record usually....even in crappy conferences.

Difference between Tua and Franks is that Franks does it every game.

I'm not talking about one game.

Straws I understand you want to bash Franks 24/7 but the recruiting board C'mon man just stop it.

So AR15 has been looking pretty awesome.
He just might be a dude that lets his play do the recruiting for us. One of those guys whose stats and charisma brings in the other big time recruits. What say you?

AR15 and Carlos Del Rio. Both of them look like top-notch players.

AR15 is due for another ratings bump, it's almost criminal how low he is for his skillset.

Carlos Del Rio is going to be a top-100 player, too. We really need WRs this class and next class because we're going to lose a lot of guys after this season.
