I think it’s funny y’all waste ttime watching us play basketball.

The issue is he refuses to change game plans when they arent falling. I remember and I looked at the time. 10:13 first half we got trapped near the baseline. For 3 seconds and not a single player moved from their position to help the kid out. Not one. Just motionless.

It is great when shots fall. But you have to have a back up plan. Add in we have an insanely athletic team yet refuse to push or dictate a faster pace...even vs a large team we can easily out pace. We try to play half court vs FSU instead of pushing the tempo...and it's why White yearly gets his arse destroyed by a significantly lesser program. Just inexcusable to continue to get beat down yearly by FSU.

Mike White is Will Muschamp 2.0.

Great guy, great recruiter, very strong defensive coach...but his inept offense will never let him be great. He had the one good year just like Champ. But unless he magically figures out how to set up players to succeed on offense, UF is never going to be elite under him.

Plenty of time to turn it around but its year 5 and somehow every single White team has had the same issues. At some point it isnt the players.

I do agree. FSU means nothing if we go deep in the tourney and win the SEC. If that happens, it's because White has tweeked the offense.

Remember the outstanding offense in the P90 tourney? I truly can not understand why that isn't what we run now. With the athletic team he has recruited we could be absolutely deadly with that high tempo.

I see a lot of Gator fans blaming NH. Saying he dictates a slow tempo at PG. It could be him, but I would think it's because he was being told to. Kid is incredibly high IQ in terms of basketball, but he isn't an incredible creator from half court. I would hope White says "run it" at some point and we see if the high tempo works. Using the athletic players we have on this team tempo would give almost every defense major issues.

FSU has been deeper in the NCAA tournament than UF has lately.

Their style works in CBB.

With a young team it’s not all that surprising.

With the way they played yesterday at home this team may not make the tournament.

No movement at all on offense bad passes all game long no awareness of the shot clock not alot of drives to the basket.

Honestly looked like White saw some players at the park playing pickup and said hey these guys can play let's bus them to the O dome and put them on the court and said go after it

This looked liked a team that had never suited up and played together before completely unacceptable from a team that is supposed to be the best team you have had at a place like Florida I think blacksheer is kicking himself now knowing he could have gone to play for CALIPARI

fricking stop.

This team has WAY more talent than last years team and way more depth.

Last years team got STOMPED in Tallahassee, had a 5 game losing streak, and still White pulled it together at the end and they made noise in the SEC and NCAA tournament.

Pump the fricking brakes. We’re not going 40-0. Big deal. Long season.

Our programs are in a weird position

Football has the coaching but not the horses

Basketball has the horses but not the coaching.

Maybe we can combine them for one ultra team

He hasn't beaten them yet. Losing this often to the girls school is crazy frustrating.
