Jacob Copeland is the same dude that said he’s not going to Florida and then commits to us 3 weeks later...he’ll be a gator when it’s all said and done.

WR Justin Watkins being CBd to UF

Word of advice, don’t even read Copeland’s twitter.
That's what I always tell other people, but I do read EJ's Twitter. I understand he's playing ''the game'' and having fun, but that one rubbed me the wrong way.

Watkins..forgot about him. He would be a very nice get. Him or Schwartz and Copeland...God our WR group would be nasty

I would take Watkins over Schwartz.

I hadn't even put much thought into Watkins. Would be a very good get.

Schwartz is wayyy overrated...only reason he’s rated so high is because he runs a 4.3.

That speed is why I want him.
Could be a Demps like guy. Use him to run around everyone O_O.
I miss having speed at UF.

CeCe is returning...awesome. Good news keeps racking up.
Now we just need to finish the class out strong, Georgia needs to lose so we can still say 1980 when they argue with us, and we need to get these boys in the gym and turn them into men..cause the previous staff made them soft as liberals :P

This staff is loaded with SEC experience and recruiting is buzzing. This staff has 100+ years of experience in the SEC. For comparison Mac's first staff had 25

Florida is now the crystal ball favorite for Watkins.

Another piece of good news: Ivey is returning for his senior year and this should make the OL stronger.
From Gatorsports
“It’s only right to finish what I started with my brothers. 1 more year. Go gators,” Florida offensive lineman Martez Ivey wrote Thursday night on his Twitter account to announce his return for his senior season.
The 6-foot-6, 315-pound Ivey started 31 of the 36 games he has appeared in his three seasons in Gainesville. This past season he played guard and tackle
This is our OL roster as of now....and class in 2018 if I included medical hardship...I just didn't know.
Martez Ivey LT sr
Stone Forsythe soph OT/OG (he got a lot of reps in 2017)
Kavarkis Harkless OG sr (a lot of reps the past two years)
Brett Heggie OG/C soph (started some games in 2017)
Fred Johnson OG/RT sr (started games as true fr/soph/jr)
Tyler Jordan C/OG sr (lot of starts the past few yrs)
TJ McCoy C jr (legacy who started games the past two yrs)
Andrew Mike OG/OT sr (Arizona guy has only seen spot duty)
TJ Moore OG soph
Antonio Riles OG sr (versatile OL with a few starts exp)
Kadeem Telfort (r/s frosh?)
Jawaan Taylor OG/OT jr (has snap experience)
plus any true frosh, I'm not really sure if Slaton stays as an OL or switches to DL. We do have 2 other true frosh who played on the DL, Conliffe & Campbell

That is really big news. Kid has natural talent, needs better coaching(and to be moved to Guard he has a slow first step and gets beat constantly). Him and Hagg would be a good 1-2 punch at OG, then keep Taylor and hopefully land one of these big name Tackles and just start them if no one else steps up.

Good to see you more on the positive side for now. Looks good on you

And while the staff is young, there are some veterans that more than make up. We're building something great.

After watching EJ last night, Mullen will have to do some serious coaching up to have him ready to the Man come September. I believe he has a lot of raw talent, but needs a lot of work to start right away. Thoughts?
I am still hoping for Trask, Franks or Allen to step up and not have to rely on a true Freshman to run the offense.
