Unrelated, what is the general thought on Divaad Wilson? Looks like both UGA and Bama offered over the weekend... Underrated prospect? Solid commitment? Seems like a bit of hedging combined with carcass picking in case UF hire doesn't come out great but haven't had a chance to watch his tape just yet.

Matt Corral will not take an official visit this weekend if wee don't have a coach locked in. Just came off a Bama visit where he said it couldn't have gone better.

He made an Instagram video stating it. Also per Bill Sikes on the Gators Breakdown podcast tonight. Starts around the end of the video min 32ish.

Look for Daviid Wilson to leave the class soon. When Copeland decomitted he made a comment on his post about "what's popping tonight Gainesvillee" with a laugh emoji. Matt Corral told him to go to bed. Also stated if Shannon is not here he is leaving.

looks like the recruits are happy with mullen. i bet copeland comes back. also think we should do state a solid for getting our coach through the growing pains by poaching the shite outta ole miss when sanctions hit.

Pierce has said he will stay if Seider stays. It would be crazy to get rid of him.

mullen was starting to sign elite 11 type qbs at state, i'd be suprised if corral is our only qb signed this cycle.
i think we get one of bohanan, rodgers, fields or the kid mullen already has committed at state. also think malik zaire comes back and gets his 6th year. dude was a beast at nd before he hurt his ankle.
i wouldn't worry about corral, he'll get his shot. mullen doesn't need a dual threat. he'll play the best player. mullen's offense is similar to brian kelly's. it worked for kizer and it's worked for zaire and winbush.

Does anyone remember the 2005 season when Meyer first arrived? Leak, a pure dropback passer was forced into being a spread QB and Leak HATED contact...that experiment lasted almost half a season before going back to pro style. Then in 2008 we had Tebow as a package QB who could get the short tough yds and Leak wasn't forced to try it. That worked well and all the way to a BCS title.

As much as I like Seider, keeping him to keep Pierce is not worth it if he does not fit with Mullen. This has to be Mullen's staff 100%. Can Randy take a lesser role when it comes to recruiting?
