Is set up for some good bounces our way. Yes, we have a brutal stretch, but its manageable.

Neutral - VT
SC State
Vandy
@ Mizzou
Kentucky
@ LSU
Oklahoma
Alabama
@ Ole Miss
@ A&M
Coastal
Clemson
I think we can handle VT, but historically Shane's teams have come out struggling in the first half of the season, so don't be surprised if we drop that one. No one is picking VT for anything this year, they'll have a chip on their shoulder and want to knock off Beamer 2.0 and a ranked team at that.
SC State, Vandy, and Kentucky should be wins, but I've been a fan long enough to know those Vandy and Kentucky games are likely to be too close for comfort early in the season.
We only have 2 true road games in the first 8 (not counting VT), which is a major benefit. Mizzou will be tough again; we always play close with them. The revenge game at LSU will be interesting. I will be there, hoping I can enjoy Death Valley and also a Carolina win.
Oklahoma should be better this year (if they aren't, big problems in Norman). Bama should be better. I'm not sure what we'll see from Simpson, but they have a roster of freak athletes, so that game will be a dogfight. Being at home against these two is helpful.
Then two road trips to Ole Miss and A&M. Chances are A&M has another 8-4, 9-3 season. But they do have good athletes. Ole Miss will be good, they have studs, but like Bama, breaking in a new QB. Simmons is good by all accounts, but we need to see it on the field. Will he have command of the offense by this point in the season?
Home for Coastal and Clemson. Coastal should be a good win, but they have had good teams and have scared big teams in the past. Then Clemson, the very likely ACC champ again, is seeking revenge on us for last year's hurt pride.
The big questions:
Does the offensive line take a step forward and protect Sellers enough?
Does Sellers improve his intermediate throwing? And stay healthy?
Do we have WRs emerge to make Sellers' life easier?
Do we replace the production on defense with the portal additions, or are we getting ran through on the D Line and Linebacker?
Is Shula a competent playcaller?
Who is going to run the ball? Faison doesn't seem like an option we can count on at this point. If we can't run and become one-dimensional, it's going to be a long season.
Schedule is favorable. But there are a lot of questions still.

Yes...though I need to see it.

His passing will be fine but I'm concerned about him staying healthy and please let him stop running while holding the ball in just his hand
Do we have WRs emerge to make Sellers' life easier? You will be pleasantly surprised

I'm concerned about the DT position but think our LBs will actually be better

I talked to a defensive player, of another school, yesterday and he seems to think we have some good talent at rb

I am hopeful someone emerges. Addaway isn't an every down guy, hoping Augustave can flash some but he seems more similar to Addaway than Faison.
If we get Faison I'll be much calmer in this area.

I still have concerns about all the holes we plugged on defense. Who is going to be that guy to replace Kennard? Who is going to be a leader at LB like Debo was? Who can fill that safety spot?
Granted, we didnt know that a few of those dudes last year were going to be as good as they were because they were portal guys also. So hopefully we get a D Knight or two

I just found out Donavan Murph is cousin to Alshon... hoping his influence can help us there.
Still can't believe Kiffen told Alshon he was gonna be pumping gas... Super Bowl champ instead
