And last but not least... do not forget it is June. Nobody dies from respiratory illnesses in the US during summer. Viruses just can't survive the elements, they thrive in the cold. The south let mild spread persist through the shutdown because they didn't take the virus serious. Now we are seeing exponential spread of an airbourne illness in 90+ degree heat. This fall/winter will be so incredibly historically brutal.

Correction, Covid hospitalizations currently stand at 880. They currently increase by ~30-50 a day, but that rate will increase, in a 1-2 week lag from case increaserate. Current total hospital beds available stands at 2550.

My mom's cousin has contracted it. He's a retired High School teacher, a diabetic and on oxygen. They've admitted him to ICU and it's not looking. He lives over near Ridge Spring.

I still basically can't smell out of my left nostril.. might be 10%. Think it's fricking with my sense of taste. Got two negative results last week so I can at least make an appearance in the office if I need to.

Ummm.. Judging by your thread on tOTL I'd say your left nostril has had a pretty inconsequential effect on your life recently.

Just sayin.

Did see we will let kids on campus as long as they have a negative test
Really hope we have football season
Just for the enjoyable times watching with the bros
And also so I can tell the group chat to shove it in their face and say “i told you so!”
