I feel like if Lance was on the move, it would have happened. Was a little worried he would jump ship for Tenn, but I think Pruitt has filled his defensive staff. Maybe he has one more year in him here.

Yeah because I feel like if Lance was leaving we'd already know about it ... that's something that even mUSChamp wouldn't be able to keep a lid on from people I know.
Every word out there is that Lance gets approached all the time and that he likes it here. Mary Ann and the kids love it here.
There was talk of UCF interviewing him but that died down. He'd probably take The Citadel job if offered and the money was right.
He's all but guaranteed the DC job here if TRob leaves for an HC gig.
I mean eventually we're going to lose some coaches who want to climb their career ladders but I think a lot of our fans are underestimating our power to keep coaches these days. We're rich, we've got the facilities and the fans. We're trending in the right direction. It's not going to be easy for any program to come in here and steal-away one of our coaches for a lateral move type job anywhere in this league but especially not to another program in the East.

Man I take for granted how tough ranters are. 247 said this morning that Werner will be able to help BMac establish the offense that he would like to have. I simply asked what type of offense that is and got 4 down votes in the first 5 minutes.

One would think that's pertinent information, but sometimes, one doesn't think.
In all seriousness though, I've had a free subscription going forever over there. Just call 247 and tell them I'm done, and they're like well let me give you 3 months. OK, whateva. I'll keep on that well til it runs dry and then I'm done. I typically do enjoy Whittle and JC's writing, and Tony does a good job as well, but the overall user base over there reminds me of middle school. I don't post much here, but it's far less over there.

Yeah, the info over there is good and there is no one in the game that has baseball info like JW. but for football, if you just wait a day, SEC Country will typically put out the same stuff and credit 247 as their source.
