Mike Gillespie is reporting that Ryan played with a torn ACL and meniscus at the end of the season. Unreal.

All I had been hearing was that it was his ligament in his elbow.

Unreal.

Why did our coaching staff allow this?

Man frick this staff. This should be grounds for terminating that bastard Muschamp without a goddamn penny all by itself.

No wonder his parents have been having it out with that dumbfrick HC of ours.

*#^$. I knew there was no way he was 100%. Given our Offensive struggles the last 3 games, it totally makes sense.

Is Muschamp just purposefully trying to ruin kids' careers now? Because how the frick do you play a true freshman with 2 different ligament injuries in his knee????? WTF

I got pissed during the UGA game about that very thing. Ryan was limping way, way before he was hit on the play that took him out. I was saying "why in the heck is he in there, he's hurt..". I think a lot of people were wondering the same thing. Not good if this is true...

We criticized Dabo for allowing Watson to do this because he was so desperate to be us. Muschamp and Co. deserve the same critiques.

Torn ACL's don't recover in 4-6 weeks. My guess is, based on this info is that it's a torn meniscus and strained ACL.

Quoted for truth.

We'll see how hypocritical the taters are on this one.

All coaches are the same.
Don't think any are different.

Their job/winning is always the first priority.

It's a rivalry, they'll say the same as what we said to them.

There's never LOGIC in a rivalry.

This should be a fireable offense. Muscuamp straight up risked his career just to try to save his job

You'd have a ton of coaches getting fired if this was the case.

While I am 100% upset and mad about this, I dunno if this is the case. Why? Because it's not really a Muschamp decision. It's a medical staff decision. If the Med Staff clears the kid to play, what's the coach going to do? Play him.

With all the potential dollars at stake with a pro-career, a University is NOT going to intentionally risk the health of a player. If you think an $18 Million dollar buyout is a liability, just wait until a team gets a lawsuit from a kid saying they cost him a pro career because they played him while injured.

There's been a lot of talk about tension between them and dumbfrick. Concern about him not having Ryan's best interest at heart. This explains a lot of that.

It does. Given the way our season ended, and now this, I'm so conflicted right now about everything football.

i really don’t think any coaches and the good ones at that have the best interests of their players

They’d rather win games. It’s why you see coaches do this
