Whatever happens with the stadium, I'm betting right now they won't touch the south lower ez men's bathroom. The pee troughs will remain..

Man, my serial DV'er is slipping. Took them almost 12 hours to get me on that last post. I mean, if you're gonna do a job, do it properly or not at all. Come on man, pick it up....

Carolina Girl, SOSFan and I have a poster that follows us and downvotes all of our posts. They've done it for years. I think it's kind of a badge of honor for the 3 of us now (it is for me). I was just giving whoever it is (whomever it is has access to this board), crap for saying it took them almost 12 hours to get that last post of mine...

What's happening is definitely some new developments, a new hotel (maybe where the Floyd Bldg is now) and a new golf course, etc.
But all that other chatter about a new stadium and arena and all that is not happening.

no offense, but nobody should have believed that anyways. Williams Brice is an awesome stadium in its own right, and USC just payed a ton of money to make the area around it better. They werent going to tear it down and have to figure something out while a new one is built.

I can see a unique, links style course along the river. When they announced they were planning on using all of that property a golf course was the first thing that came to mind to take up a lot of that acreage. USC really needs a golf course to call its own.
